The entire Team is very friendly and professional. They made our stay very enjoyable and offered lots of help and information. The hotel was beautiful, staff very nice and courteous. The only problem no hair dryer for women, the one there was not to dry hair. Restaurant was very good, Enjoyed our stay there.

GHPB is a beautiful older hotel centrally located yet quiet. It has a beautiful courtyard with a fountain. The buffet breakfast has meat, cheese, oked fish and you can squeeze your own orange juice. One of my favorite hotels in the eorld.

The building is a former bank and beautifully redone with spacious common areas. It is centrally located in the old part of Palermo with all tourist and amenities within easy reach. The staff was generally helpful. Dinner at the dining room, which we very much wanted to try, was sadly not good. my appetizer was I think spoiled and inedible. Really shame, because again the space is lovely and really deserves a better kitchen. We would definitely stay here again, but probably eat at one of the dozens of restaurants nearby.
