不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
The Ambassador is atrocious! Without warning their arriving guests, they shut down both their passenger elevator and their freight elevator, for days, leaving the most fit guests to drag their suitcases up 5-6 flights of stairs in a cramped, hot and narrow staircase. An elderly guest was confined to a wheelchair and his younger family had to try to carry him in his wheelchair up the same stairs. That’s definitely atrocious and violates the ADA, by advertising themselves as wheelchair-friendly. Absolutely NO assistance from staff was ever considered!
No manager was available to assist and the totally callous and disrespectful person at the checkin desk was so uncaring that he would only say, “come back downstairs in a few minutes and I will give you the manager’s email.”
The room reminds you of a spartan summer camp with windows that won’t open and a very noisy window unit swamp cooler that barely cools the room and only adds to the humidity.
At check-in, they tried to downgrade us from our reservation for an oceanfront room to a side facing room with only a view of the roof and the parking lot.
Their “complimentary breakfast” is just a couple of stale bagels and oatmeal.
The swimming pool was very dirty and the water level was so low that it couldn’t possibly reach the filtration drain. There were just a couple of rusted deck chairs around it. Totally unsafe for actually sitting in!
The only saving grace is the location on a quiet stretch of beach.
