This is a non-smoking home. A $500 fee will be charged for violations. The owner’s boat is not available for guest use. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay! Sorry, absolutely no cats, owner is super allergic!

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the private swimming pool, boat dock (not the lift), outdoor bar, fire pit, and shaded dining area. Inside, you’ll have access to the fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, smart TVs, office area, and all provided amenities like beach gear, bikes, and pet supplies. Self check-in is easy and secure with a smart lock system.
