Magical Stay!

"Our stay was magical. Exceeded our expectations. The house had everything we possibly could have needed, so much so that we hardly left. The views are beautiful and a short hike up a hill from the pool that was like a mini mountain hike for the kids, took us to one of the two jacuzzi's and allowed an incredible view that went forever. We look forward to going back!!!"

Annual group vaca

We are a large group, 4 families of 4! This house fit 16 of us with room to spare. Everything was perfect! So clean, beds were so comfy and the kitchen was stocked to perfection! We even had our groceries delivered and unpacked for us which was such a treat. We were able to arrive and get right to vacation mode! Would absolutely book again, no one wanted to leave.

Ultimate Relaxation

Casa Roca was everything we hoped for and more. The spacious floor plan allowed for plenty of individual and group time. The pantry and extra frig were great assets. The surrounding setting was gorgeous, particularly the spa up in the backyard hill at sunrise.

Sliding into 70!

My twin sister and I turned 70 in Dec. One way we celebrated was by going down the pool slide for all the family to see and cheer!Everyone loved all the outdoor activities available, the comfort and amenities of the home, the beautiful scenery and the close proximity to restaurants, shops etc.

Another Great Travlr Experience!

We have stayed at many of the Travlr properties, and Casa Roca was yet another fantastic experience. The home provided every amenity you would want from a gourmet kitchen (2 refrigerators came in really handy), a beautiful pool, hammock grotto for those lazy afternoons in the shade, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of eight. Paige and the Travlr team are always attentive and responsive. We greatly appreciate the Travlr experience - thank you and we'll see you next time!

Fantastic House with Friends or Family!

We had an amazing time at this property! It had absolutely everything we needed and so many fun activities to enjoy! The decor is modern and beautiful and the landscaping is quintessential Palm Desert! All of our guests loved the house!! I will say that renting a car is highly encouraged as this property is a bit far from everything, so Ubers can get expensive. My only complaint is the sulfur/sewer smell that radiants on occasion due to it being located next to the house. We thought it was a gas leak at first, but turns out it was the sewage.

A week in the Desert

Our family of 4 along with two friends spent a week at Casa Roca. Obviously, we didn't need as much space as the home provides but it didn't feel too big. We loved the pool, but mostly the Pickleball court. We did the hikes recommended in the guide provided. It was very easy to get Uber drivers at short notice for some fabulous meals out. Highly recommend. Thank you

Indian Wells Wedding

Fourteen of our family stayed for a week to attend our eldest son's wedding in front of the 18th green at Indian Wells C.C. Casa Rosa is spectacular both inside and outside. It's inside is spacious: large kitchen, two refrigerator/freezers, rooms for lounging, pool table, eight bedrooms all with TV's, (some bedrooms with private and others with Jack & Jill bathrooms) and one huge room with three beds, couch, large TV and more. The interior is just perfect for a large or smaller group. The outside property is loaded with activities for all ages: a bocce ball sand court, pickleball court, basketball hoop, putting green, three hammocks, large pool with hot tub on top of a hill, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen/grill with large TV and sitting area (all in working order), picturesque views of the desert valley everywhere one looks...simply stated, we could not have been more pleased!

A Lot to Offer

Like the title says, this property offers a whole lot. We are an extended family - 6 adults, 4 kids (ages 3.5 to 8) and everyone was happy. The house is clean and spacious with lots of lounging areas, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped and has a nice layout with great room and patio door to outside. Outside, the pool is wonderful (we paid to have it heated a bit higher for January). Hot tub is great and views are lovely. We used the fire pit and all the other many outdoor amenities. Clearly, a lot of thought went into this home. Right down to the 2 washers and 2 dryers. We didn't feel the need to leave the property too much in 3.5 days, but there is great hiking nearby, plenty of restaurants, grocery. Communication, from start to finish, was excellent. (That's always a big plus in our book.) All in all, we highly recommend this home and most likely will rent again!

We booked this incredible property after deliberating and comparing with other similar luxury rentals. Here’s why this one stood out over the rest: 1. King/ Cal King beds in every single bedroom. No one wants a Queen, unless it’s a shared room with multiple beds (like the lovely A-frame space which easily became our favorite room in the house. It’s perfect for a large family with multiple children or throw all your teens in one room!) 2. Gorgeous, cohesive design with luxury high end furniture. This detail might not matter to some, but for us, we wanted a highly instagrammable property to take loads of family pictures. Every single corner is so beautiful, our vacation pictures turned out amazing! 3. KILLER outdoor space. Pool was heavenly, even the adults loved the slide, there’s bocci ball, tennis, pickle ball, hammocks, large grassy area, covered veranda, outdoor grill… I could go on and on Gave this place 5 out of 5 stars, but here’s a note for improvement: - Fridge was beeping the entire time we were there. Maybe needed a filter change? - Microwave is not intuitive to use. Takes some getting used to. - Gas burners were very weak. We only got 1 good burner. It took over an hour to boil a pot of water to make pasta for our family. So be forewarned if you’re planning on cooking a lot. Overall, I would definitely book again next time we’re in town. Or perhaps even check out this property manager’s other local listings. They’re all so fab! You can’t go wrong!
