Disappointed and Done With This Property
I’ve been a loyal guest at this Marriott property for years, but this recent stay will absolutely be my last. Imagine my surprise when I discovered they now charge $25 per night just to park on-site — something that was never mentioned in the past and feels like a blatant cash grab. My family and I already shell out a significant amount to stay here, sometimes multiple times a year, but this unnecessary “upcharge” is the final straw. With so many better, more transparent options available, we won’t be back — and neither will our extended family who often traveled with us.
To make matters worse, the waterslides were down, the pools and Jacuzzis were out of service, and not a single effort was made to credit or compensate guests for these major inconveniences. If you’re going to tout these amenities as part of the experience, then deliver — or at least acknowledge the failure and make it right.
This stay was frustrating, disappointing, and absolutely forgettable. A far cry from the hospitality and value we once associated with Marriott.
