This beautiful home is located within PGA West and resides in the guard-gated residential community at the Stadium Golf Course, designed by world famous Pete Dye. This designer furnished home sits on the famous 16th hole known as "San Andreas Fault" which overlooks the stunning backdrop of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Enjoy majestic views while relaxing around the fire pit.
Inside you will enjoy 2596 sq/ft of living space, 3 beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each en-suite bedroom includes a 50” Samsung Smart TV, linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer.a guest bathroom. Laundry room, A spacious living room, with a gas fireplace, 50" HD Samsung Smart TV which includes sports package, movie channels and Netflix. The dining area comfortably sits a party of 8. Have fun preparing fabulous meals with your family and friends in our Chefs kitchen which is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your yummy meal.

There were 4 of us, all adults. More than enough room. Every room is beautifully appointed and the kitchen has everything you would ever need. The owner was very easy to work with and responded immediately to the few questions we had. The views of the golf course and mountains are beautiful. We can’t wait to go back!

Awesome property!

The house was accurately represented. The owner was super communicative and sweet. The kitchen was well appointed and the knives sharp. Beds comfy. Totally updated and even had a Nespresso! Can’t wait to stay there again.
