Park your car in the underground garage and walk to shopping, restaurants, casino, convention center and to all the fun activities of downtown Palm Springs. This delightful and charming ground floor condo has all the spectacular panoramic views through large quaint arched private patio. Futures many amenities with 3 pools, tennis courts, fountains, gym and secured subterranean parking. This is a 14 day minimum rental and just now became available.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at the Deauville. Was exactly as listed and was a great location close to the pool. Communication was excellent and would highly recommend this unit. Easy walk to downtown Palm Springs and the Casino, lots of food options also walkable.
