We all love this property. This was our second stay and we will hopefully visit again. The grounds are perfect to keep everyone occupied and happy. The house is big enough to let the whole family have as much togetherness and privacy as they want. It has made for two very relaxing stays.

GREAT EXPERIANCE

I had an amazing stay at this home in Palm Desert. The property was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The location was great too, close to everything but still quiet and private. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole experience seamless. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

"Absolutely beautiful, modern, well appointed large home. Massive back yard with pool, spa, volleyball court, bocce ball court, putting green, fire pit, hammocks. Jen was a fantastic host and very responsive, pleasant, and helpful in resources for activities and in-home dining service. "This home is spacious and lovely. The yard is the highlight of the home, and it did not disappoint. We got the pool heated, which I highly recommend, and there was enough dining space for everyone. Amazing Stay

This house was everything I expected and more. The pictures don't do it justice. It is beautiful, spacious and has all the conveniences you might need.The house is very clean and well maintained. The pool is large and beautiful. There is something for everyone to do in the absolutely beautifully landscaped yard. The kids and grandkids had a great time playing the many games in the yard. We loved this house and are already talking about coming back!

THE MOST AMAZING PRIVATE PARADISE!

I stayed at Delaware with my family to celebrate my parent's wedding EXTREMELY CLEAN! All of the beds were made beautifully with all white linen and pillows. The bathrooms were spotless and had all of the toiletries we needed as well as plenty of fresh white towels for everyone. The backyard was stunning! We had so much fun playing volleyball, bocce ball, mini golf and hanging out in the hammocks. The pool is HUGE and was at just the perfect temperature. We enjoyed several meals in the beautiful covered patio as well as the indoor dining table. There are so many things to do at this property! Overall we give The Delaware Estate 1000/10, the service we received from TRAVLR was outstanding and we cannot wait to book our next getaway with them!

The host was incredibly responsive. Even made arrangements to have a casserole dish delivered on Thanksgiving morning ! Also had hot tub repaired within hours, also on the holiday. The pool and backyard were amazing.
