The place was at an excellent location, convenient to all places. It was in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain view. The house was in good conditions. Few things to improve on the house include fixing bedroom and bathroom doors as they were very squeaky. Bedroom curtains were smaller than the windows which was a problem for us to stay asleep when the light came through the rooms. Towels were old. Fortunately, we brought our own. The bathroom sink water came out a bit murky.

Ideal Palm Springs hideaway that had everything we needed. The pool was amazing, as was the hot tub and both had great views of the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the barbeque often. The master suite was very comfortable with great pillows and comforter and the blackout blinds were appreciated. Close to downtown Palm Springs, the airport, and stores.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this home. The beds were super comfortable and the backyard was perfect for us to relax. I was worried about plane noise being so close to the airport but we barely heard them. The house is also close to a park that is great to take your pup to and has pickleball and tennis courts. Jordan was very responsive when we needed assistance.

Serenity central, plus a pool

We had a glorious family reunion, and loved the variety of bedrooms and beds, the privacy and the airiness. Could have used some placemats and a few other niceties--and the flight path is nearby (which some of us loved). The host was a great at communications, and we would definitely book again. A joyous, positive experience, and very suited to family life.

A good place to stay

The house was good. Had everything we needed, lots of room, and a great outdoor space. Really close to the airport and restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive. But the house is definitely more run down than the pictures. Not as nice as in the pictures.

Great location!

Friends and I spent 15 days with our 3 small dogs. The back yard was secure and perfect. Pool, hot tub, covered patio and ping pong table made for relaxing fun down time Well appointed kitchen had everything we needed. Neighborhood proximity to Demuth park was a terrific bonus. 2 block walk to hiking, biking, dog parks, baseball games, and lush green grass with lots of shade!Great beds and linens. Jordan our host was super helpful and quick to respond to us! Great getaway!

Great Location and Communication, But Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues

We had a mixed experience at this property. The location was fantastic—just a short drive to downtown, making it super convenient to explore the area. The communication with the owner was great throughout, which we really appreciated.The backyard and pool were nice, and the outdoor space was definitely the best part of the property. However, we were a bit disappointed by the additional cost to heat the pool, especially considering it was only turned on for one day. It felt like an unnecessary extra charge.The house itself was nicely decorated, and it looked amazing in the pictures. However, we had some cleanliness issues that were hard to overlook. The couch was ripped, the white chairs were stained, and there was a black air filter in the AC that desperately needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, we also discovered cockroaches in the closet and mildew in the master bathroom shower.After one night, we decided to leave due to these issues. What was frustrating is that we were still charged for the full stay and for heating the pool, even though it was off after day one.In the end, we ended up booking another place and had a much better experience in Palm Springs. While the location and communication were good, the property’s cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired.

Everything we needed

Our check-in was a bit of a challenge. The wifi was down which meant the front door lock had not been updated with my personal code. My friend had a work meeting he struggled to join virtually as a result as well. However, Jordan was super helpful and walked me through rebooting the wifi, and everything was golden! We had many options for the bedrooms, from those of us that wanted to save money, to those that wanted to stay in luxury. Definitely would consider booking here again

This property is beautiful, super comfortable, good for family & friends getaway. House is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, utilities and cleaning supplies. Pool and jacuzzi were very clean and had a fun time taking a dip in this hot weather. Best part is this is pet friendly and my dog quickly adapted to this new place, he had ample of space to play in the backyard. I must say host is quite responsive and accommodating, helped us in every possible way. Would definitely recommend this rental.

nice house, owner was disconnected

It was difficult to communicate with the owner. As the check in date got close, it was amplified since he has removed the house listing from vrbo. It took two days to get a response. I had arranged an early check in several days in advance but when I arrived, the lock code didn't work. I had to contact the owner who said he had forgotten to change the access time. I had also prearranged to have the spa heated for the extent of my stay. On the first evening, when we went out to enjoy the spa, it was cold. The owners excuse was that I hadn't paid for heating. I would have been fine with that answer if he had ask for payment. Long story short, nice house with a owner that isn't very present or responsive

Perfect Late Summer Get Away!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is conveniently close to downtown/airport/grocery shopping options by car, and the neighborhood was quiet and nice! This rental was incredibly inviting and well furnished, with great pool chairs and a large dining room table that fit our whole group. I really appreciated how responsive our host was around check-in times, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!

Good Times in Palm Springs

Had a group of girls stay together in Palm Springs and this was the perfect location for it. Jordan was very responsive when we had questions and was able to assist us when we needed him to. The check-in information was sent to us after the time we were supposed to be checking in, but other than that- it was beautiful and the pool was perfection.

Beautiful Property Close to Downtown

We really enjoyed our stay. 4 minutes away from Smart & Final (to stock up the fridge) and less than 15 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs. The house is so well decorated and we took advantage of the swimming pool and a few of the pool floats. We paid for the spa to be turned on at night but I think it turned off at 10pm so we never got the chance to use it because we were out and about in the evenings. But the pool was at a nice temp all day and night due to the summer heat. Just wish we could’ve taken advantage of a heated spa. As a host, Jordan is super responsive and attentive. He was able to help me with every question we had, and trust me, we had lots of questions lol. I really appreciated how respectful and responsive he was! The one thing I think our group struggled with was the AC in the rooms- the vents weren’t as strong as the vents in the main living room area, so it would get warm in there fairly quickly. But that just meant more time in the pool, so it wasn’t a big issue with everyone. Again- we fell in love with the home and will definitely be back if we ever do a group getaway here again!
