Perfect Vacation Home

Had an excellent month in this perfectly located house within walking distance to El Paseo Spotlessly clean and so well equipped with consumables we didn't need to purchase anything other than sunscreen (although there are even a few bottles to use) The beds are super comfortable and pool area is just as nice if not better than inside. Thank you Brad for providing a great vacation home We would highly recommend it and hope to stay again soon

Hands Down the Best VRBO We Have Ever Rented

This VRBO was the cleanest VRBO that we have ever stayed in. Everything was taken care of and we lacked for nothing in this VRBO. The pool was amazing, and there was ample pool and patio furniture for everyone. The hosts were excellent! We can’t wait to return to Palm Desert and stay in this VRBO again!

Just like home

This was our first stay in Palm Desert. We selected this property primarily for the location and it was perfect. Easy walking or biking distance to anything you could need or want - groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc. We did not need to rent a car. Public tennis courts and excellent hiking/biking trails were just over 1 mile away. We even biked to the Zoo. The house was great and exactly as advertised. We lacked for nothing and immediately felt at home. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. Everything worked. The big surprise was finding a yoga mat and block in the cupboard! My husband worked remotely for part of the time and had no issues with the wifi. There were a couple of minor repair issues which we addressed directly with the property manager and owner, but nothing to detract from the enjoyment and comfort of our stay. The backyard is beyond fantastic. Very private and sunny, which is especially important if you’re here to escape the winter. Highly recommend.

Perfect Property!

Our month long stay was perfect in every way. The house is fantastic, immaculate throughout, in a great location. The outside areas are great, with all day sun but with shaded areas if you need it. The supplies in the house were plentiful - this includes toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods etc - more then we have experienced in any other rental. Usually there is enough to get you started but here, the supplies lasted almost our entire entire stay - much appreciated. The host and manager are very responsive and will do everything they can to ensure a smooth booking, both before the trip and during. When we experienced a couple of small issues they were rectified quickly, without issue. This is the perfect base in the Coachella Valley, within 5 minutes of all shops, restaurants and amenities in Palm Desert and downtown Palm Springs only 20 minutes away. Uber service is good in this area. I would not hesitate to book this property for our next trip - we have rented in and around this area several times and this is the best property with the best service from a host we have ever received. The pictures of the house speak for themselves, it is exactly as described. Thanks for a great stay, we could not have booked a better property.

Paradise in the desert

You can see from the photos that this is a perfect vacation home: everything is new, fresh, thoughtfully considered, well-appointed, and as lovely in person as in the pictures and description. What you can't see is that the home is immaculately clean, well taken care of, and has a host that goes way above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Everything we needed was there, worked perfectly, and made our vacation flawless. We especially appreciated the super comfortable beds and linens, important when it's your home-away-from-home for a month. We spent most of our time in the amazing, spacious, private, delightful back yard; enjoying the sun, pool, hot tub, outdoor dining and BBQ. Everything in the home is set up to be easy and maximize your enjoyment; and it was comforting that the home exceeded our expectations in every way. This is truly a wonderful place and we would not hesitate for a moment to return here next year.
