    This fabulous remodeled mid-century Alexander built home has it all, a place to play, a place to cook and a place to rest. Play in your pool with Western mountain views, cook in your mini-gourmet kitchen or barbecue on your slate patio or rest in one of the four spacious bedrooms. Four porcelain tile floors, dual sinks in the master bath, Viking and Westinghouse stainless appliances. Caesar stone counters. A wall of glass door entrances from the house to pool offers an open feel to this comfortable house. The indoor living room has a 60" TV with comfortable seating for relaxing with friends and family watching television or just catching up. The large dining area and modern kitchen are separated from the living room, providing everything you need to cook a great meal while entertaining friends and family. beds and cable TV's. My group had a great stay here. The space was comfortable and roomy enough for everyone. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed, and we especially enjoyed spending time by the pool, using the grill, and unwinding in the hot tub. We also loved the natural light the space brought in, which made everything feel even more open and inviting. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved the space afforded by this home! We were in town for a family celebration and this house was well equipped to prepare meals, lounge by the pool, gather under the covered patio, and play a lot of ping pong! Check-in was easy, communication was reaponsive and helpful! Beds were very comfortable and the house was clean! We were grateful to have auch a great place to gather and relax after family outings!

Sherry was very helpful and gracious, communications were terrific. The house was immaculate. An excellent kitchen very well-stocked with pots/pans and housewares, and the beds were comfortable. Although we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, the four of us had a terrific stay. Thank you!

A beautiful home on a quiet street. The rooms are well-sized and everything worked well. Excellent communication and the house was fully stocked with the basics (linens, towels, dishes and cookware, paper goods, soap and detergent, etc.) We will stay here again!

Convenient, clean & comfortable

Our family of four (one tween & one teen), had a great stay at the house. The ping pong table and hot tub were a hit. The house is very close to the airport, grocery options, different food choices and easy drive to get to all the hiking spots we went to. The decor is modern but very comfortable. We would def stay here again.

Everything you need

Great place that had all we needed and more. Plenty of space for our group with all the amenities that we needed. Location was great and easy to get to. The owner was easy to get a hold of and communicate with whenever we had questions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely rent from them again the next time we are in Palm Springs.

Beautiful home!

We had a group of 8 staying here. We all had plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the pool was excellent. The hot tub was lovely and accommodated 4 of us at a time. The location was amazing, super close to downtown. Check in was easy and check out was amazing. Loved this place and the host was fantastic and very responsive to queries even before we checked in. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Roomie and close to all your needs

We loved the location! the living room area was big, and the fireplace was a plus. We did not utilize the backyard but would love to come back in the summer to be able to use the pool, jacuzzi and BBQ. Close to any type of food, markets, and places to walk. The area is very secure and private....
