Beautiful property and responsive host

The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is comfortable and the layout makes it perfect for a vacation with friends. The host was responsive and we plan to visit again!

Great PS spot

Great location, very responsive management. There was an issue with the hot tub one evening and there was a repair guy there the next morning to fix it. Cool house. Multiple restaurants within a 15 minute stroll.

Wonderful

House was bright and cheery, pool and spa was great and used every day. Great layout. Was a little loud in the house- noises echo throughout. Really good location, loved how private the property is.

Beautiful home in a fantastic central location

This property is a luxurious private retreat located in the heart of Palm Springs. The house is beautifully renovated and furnished, with a wonderful outdoor space complete with salt water pool and spa. The kitchen is well equipped, making meal time a breeze (not something found in many rental properties). It is located a short walk from a wide range of shops and restaurants, making a car strictly optional. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly choose this property again.

Private getaway

Stayed for two weeks in this serene, gated, well-appointed home. I like that the decor is minimalist and comfortable versus a home overly done with owner's tchotchkes etc. The bedrooms had plenty of drawers and closet space. The bathrooms had plenty of storage and hooks for towels. I liked that there was shampoo & conditioner for guests. The kitchen was well equipped. Washer & dryer worked perfectly. The backyard has a wonderful view of the mountains, a perfect lawn, pool & spa & very private. A couple of repairs were needed initially which were corrected swiftly. The owner & property mgr were very responsive. It would be nice to have a couple of outdoor games available to play on the gravel area of the yard like corn hole or bocce ball. And of course, the daily charge for heating the pool and spa applicable to all rentals now is a big expense for the renter to keep in mind. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed everything about the house. Bright interior, great kitchen, and sparkling pool. The property manager was very responsive, helpful, and always was pleasant. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed the privacy and the pool. The house was well appointed and the manager/owner very responsive. I would recommend to first time VRBO visitors for a great experience.

Great great great home, in a perfect location, <3min from anywhere we wanted to go. House was perfect, but the cherry on top was how well equipped the kitchen was! We were there for a girls weekend, and we cooked one night and felt as if we were in our own kitchens.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood

This is a really great property with a great yard/pool/spa. Loved it. It's not too far from hiking trails (about 15 min walk to the closest one). About a 30 min walk downtown. Can walk to other restaurants that aren't downtown. Felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

A Secluded Paradise

We loved the Bond House and enjoyed our stay very much. The house manager was very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean, had a great layout, plenty of room, and we will remember it forever! The backyard is so immaculately manicured and private. It was very peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you!!

Perfect Palm Spy Palace

This property was great and almost perfect for our bachelorette party. It was very clean and comfortable and the pool/outdoor space is gorgeous. The only catch is that the neighbor, upon being outside for less than 10 minutes yelled at us to be quiet. If we were being loud and rowdy I would understand but there were 4 of us simply sitting outside not even drinking yet. One girl laughed and that's when she yelled through the hedges at us. Then we were a little uncomfortable outside for the rest of the trip.

We were so impressed with the Bond house. Pool, jacuzzi beautiful, outdoor area private. House manager was excellent, met us there at checkin and showed us around. Location was perfect. Walked to shops and great restaurants. We will be back.

Excellent all-around

This place is an oasis in the desert. The house is on a secluded corner in a fairly quiet, palm tree-lined neighborhood. Everything was clean and as advertised, and communication was great with the owner and property manager throughout. Our family will certainly be back again.

Perfect Everything!!

We had the perfect girls weekend at The Bond House! Steve, the property manager was great and even offered great restaurant recommendations. The house was beautiful and perfectly clean and love that COVID safety measures were in place. The neighborhood was super cute, convenient and quiet. The house had everything you could need. We wanted the pool heater turned up (and to be fair it actually felt nice in the heat, but just wanted it a little warmer because we run cold) and Steve answered his phone right away and Christian, the owner, also messaged me right away which I wasn't expecting since I only reached out to Steve. He was just making sure we were all set. We will defintely be back!!
