☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That`s why we`ve made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack `n play with crib sheets, a high chair, there are also books, games, and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it`s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you`d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.
☆ Weekly Maintenance: Our new gardener and pool cleaner visit the property weekly to ensure everything stays clean and well-maintained throughout your stay. The pool cleaner comes only on Mondays and Thursdays, and the gardener comes on Thursdays. They will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay.
☆ Guest Access: As our guests, you`ll enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. From the vibrant living spaces to the outdoor pool, hot tub, and firepit, every corner of our desert retreat is yours to explore and enjoy.
☆ Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you`ll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night.
☆ Digital Guest Book & Unique Access Code: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital guest book filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations. Additionally, a unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis.
☆ Management: Our property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. 📘 Notice About Guest Requirements for Palm Springs Properties
Please be aware that under the regulations of the City of Palm Springs — including Ordinance No. 2075 — all guests are required to sign a “Rules & Regulations” document prior to arrival. In addition, we must obtain a valid driver’s license from at least one guest for identification purposes. We understand this may feel intrusive, and it’s not a requirement we personally enjoy or prefer. However, compliance is mandatory under city law. If we fail to enforce these requirements, the City of Palm Springs has the authority to suspend our rental permit. • Primary renter must be 25+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 10 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
