The Dunes Hotel

"I needed a hotel for a quick overnight for myself, but this hotel is set up perfectly for families or groups. There is a nice pool, and a very large outdoor sitting area set up with seating and several cornhole boards. The hotel lobby would be a great place to socialize as well. The rooms have been renovated with new hardware, faucets and tile, albeit on a budget-scale quality. The bed mattress was medium firm which was ok, but I found the bedding linen quality and pillows to be uncomfortable. The towels were dingy white, but clean. And the overall appearance of the lobby, grounds and room were clean and kept up. I thought the room was a great price for the Palm Springs area and the quality of the property."

"After an initial disappointment at check in when our room class had been oversold the next morning the managers couldn’t have tried harder to compensate for the situation. Paul at reception and Nico in valet were both particularly friendly and helpful. Lovely clean hotel with helpful staff and outstanding facilities"

Desert Isle of Palm Springs

"The Desert Isle of Palm Springs was lovely! We stayed in Room 8 for three days, thoroughly enjoying the extremely spacious accommodation. In fact, when we walked in, we were shocked at just how big the unit was. The unit was extremely clean, and it was wonderful having a full kitchen so we could make breakfast every day, saving money to use on other fun Palm Spring things. The two full bathrooms were far more than needed, but both were well stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries. We used one of the two pools once, and towels were provided in-room. We didn’t use the onsite restaurant, so we couldn’t speak to the quality, however, the front desk was efficient and the lobby area very inviting. The hotel is convenient for shopping and restaurants, as well as downtown. The ONLY drawback to Room 8 is the TERRIBLE parking spot. Thank goodness we had a small car. Without it, I’m not sure we could have maneuvered our way into it. Overall, this was a great stay, and we look forward to a return visit."

"Our stay was fantastic. Friendly helpful staff, property is stunning and clean great price for all amenities. Great location for walking to casino or Sherman's our favorite cafe. Definitely will be staying here in the future. My husband and I travel here for a work a lot. This will be our new go to place."
