Excellent Service & lovely home

Service & communication were stellar. The house was lovey and we all enjoyed the hot tub during this cold spell of weather. Something that would be helpful in both bathrooms: more hooks or back of door hooks to hold both inside & outside towels. I adored the decorations and mid century modern vibe. I would recommend it to anyone!

Feb 27 to Mar 7 2024 Stay

Amazing back yard and pool area. The property was clean and well presented. For people on a longer stay or who like to just relax and enjoy the yard and are predominately eating there, there is basically no cupboard space available to put any groceries and limited space for meal preparation. The barbeque was adequate once you got it lit but is old and falling apart and in need of replacing. Other than the master, the other two bedrooms have no dressers and for a longer stay you will basically be living out of your suitcase which may not appeal to everyone. The place is on the direct flight path for planes departing and while it is not a major issue during the day, the one departure every morning at 5:30 was a bit much. Another issue we faced was that there is no entrance from the garage to the house and to unload any groceries or purchases necessitated someone to go in the front door and go through and open a patio door so you could access the garage. Inconvenient but may not be an issue for some people. Overall, I would rate the property a 3 out of 5, mainly for the back yard and pool area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week here in June with our 2 children (ages 1&4). The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Its very close to downtown and in a great neighborhood. The yard is a wonderful spot to spend the day...very private. Brad, from Relax PS, came by the house and showed us how to work everything and was communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything...he was fantastic.The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We cant wait to return!

The house is just a short Lyft ride away from all the Palm Springs fun! We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful backyard. It was perfect for floating and relaxing during the day, then enjoying fire pit and spa in the evening. Relax Palm Springs was very communicative and responsive.

The mid-century modern design is stunning, the pool and outdoor spaces are exceptional, and the house is thoughtfully set up for relaxing and entertaining. Its central location made it easy to get anywhere, yet it still felt private and serene. This place absolutely epitomizes the Palm Springs vibe, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This is the second 'Relax Palm Springs' rental we have stayed in, and the hosts are always very accommodating and friendly.

One of our absolute best PS stays!

We've been spending a week annually in PS for the past twenty years or so--first for family and now because we love it. This house is a prototypical PS mid-mod and exceeded our expectations in every way. Check-in was seamless, communication was great, and the house/backyard/pool were impeccable. We'll be back!

Perfect location and wonderful property

The house is really nice. The pool and spa and the fireplace in the backyard are all spectacular. We spent three weeks at the property and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend this property. And the property management company is very responsive and very helpful.

Absolutely beautiful! Book this house!!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you need. And the backyard is your own little paradise! I can’t say enough about the pool, the privacy, the landscaping and just the quiet!! We were a short drive from everything we needed, too. Brad was also great - told us everything we needed to know and even gave us restaurant recommendations. So happy we picked this place!
