We a have rented this house every spring for last 7 years but this was our last. We have always put up with the idiosyncrasies of the Butterfly(difficult to work master bath shower controls, spa takes 45 min to warm up, have to move glass table and bring in dirty lookin outside plastic chairs to eat at a table inside, hot water takes a long time to reach inside showers, etc) because the house has such good bones. But the house is not the same as it once was: only kitchen towels are the ones we purchased and left there, broken kitchen garbage can lid, no small frying pan so we bought one, no small pot only lid, dirty looking white cloth couch, too small glass coffee table, creaky queen bed in middle bedroom, no more cloth napkins, etc. In all fairness, the main bedroom now has a king sized bed. There are just too many nicely appointed houses out there so we won’t be going back. It’s a shame. We’ve had such good times there. We felt it was our vacation home. It just needs more TLC than we can provide.
