Family get away

The property was great for three generations of family to enjoy each other, and the amenities with ease. Robert (property manager) was so responsive and easy to communicate with when questions arose. He even made fun dinner suggestions that worked for the children and grandparent. We would definitely return.

This house was everything we had hoped for and more! Great location in town, beautiful exterior and interior, interior design was fun and well thought out, fully stocked kitchen to cook in, fun pool/patio, and property management was SUPER friendly and accommodating. Clean, Well Stocked Vacation Home

This was our second stay in this great house. We will go back without hesitation. A few key points: The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked. Great bath amenities, cooks kitchen with everything necessary (and more). House is also set up for outdoor living. Backyard is great. Nice eating area, fire pit. Pool and Hot Tub are terrific. Nice chairs and umbrellas. And, again, not to belabor this, but everything is clean and works. For folks that stay in a lot of rental vacation homes that is the holy grail. Also, importantly, the property management team is on point--very responsive. If something is broken or not exactly right, they'll take care of it. Highly recommended.

This property provided a fully equipped kitchen and a great outdoor entertainment area. We had an issue with WIFI that affected TV and my work computer and Robert was right on top of it. The bedding and towels were luxury hotel level. The kitchen was very well equipped to tap into your inner chef. The backyard and pool were so beautiful and relaxing. The misting system was so appreciated! I was really able to relax and unwind. The best part was Robert from Relax Palm Springs! He made us feel welcome, he definitely has a firm handle on the guest experience. I just loved everything and highly highly recommend !!!! I will be back every chance I get!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at PS Flamingo. The pool and spa are fantastic and the outdoor space was perfect overall. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. Robert at Relax PS was extremely professional and communicative. We had one small issue with a sink not draining and it was repaired within an hour of us contacting the company. My only feedback to make the house better is that the WiFi isn’t really functional and the streaming TV (only TV service in the house) is very choppy and spotty (we couldn’t watch March Madness there at all and went to a friend’s house after the games kept freezing). If you don’t need electronics, it would not be a big deal, but I needed to do some work calls and ended up needing to do them on my phone via cell because the WiFi couldn’t support even one person on a video call at a time. It was supposedly 5G, but I think that may have been misnamed. Other than that and the location being a bit further from town than we realized and not in as nice of a neighborhood as we have stayed in before (lots of apartments vs houses), the house was great and perfect for our family of 5.

We were told the pool heater was loud and a technician would come. The hot tub however was our real problem because it was only at temp for us once. It was fixed at the end of our stay. We were really looking forward to using it more. Also the water heater for the house broke and they had to replace it. There were frequent visits from workmen. Happy they got the water heater replaced on short notice and after hours. Oh well! This probably wouldn’t be a typical experience, we were just unlucky.

Let’s Flamingle

The Flamingo house in Palm Spring is fantastic. It is a stylish Mid-Century Modern home that is well appointed, comfortable, and has plenty of space to entertain. My friends and I had the best time relaxing by the pool, making delicious meals in the kitchen, and catching up around the fire pit at night. The rooms are very spacious and welcoming. This was a great stay for my friends and I for the week.

Best vibe, amazing house.

Beautiful house. The process was so easy. The host company was excellent and the house had no detail forgotten. Everything you need is there! It is in the windy end of Palm Springs so bring in the umbrellas! The wind picks up fast. Very quiet area, great for our 5 friends who love to chill, cook and explore. Max 5 to 10 min drive to anywhere in PS. Expect to pay almost double to listed rates by the time taxes and fees are in but worth every penny.

Retirement celebration

Went for an entire week to celebrate my best friend’s retirement. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and pool. Had the most restful sleep after a day of shopping and had dinner with friends in La Quinta and Palm Desert.

We had a lovely time at this home. It started off not so great w a flooded shower that flooded water all the way to the bedrooms. Maintenance came within an hour or so, brought additional towels because we used every towel in the house to wash them. I thought that we should have been provided with more then 3 rolls of TP for a three bedroom home for a week. Home was nice. Pillows and lawn furniture desperately need to be replaced. They were stained and ripped up. I am a single mom who took three teenagers 16,16,17 and they had a great time in the pool. Overall We would go back. Beds were comfy and everyone really enjoyed the stay. Also best thick lux towels.

Best Thanksgiving ever

My parents and sister decided to meet up here to celebrate Thanksgiving with my husband, daughter, and I. So we had 3 generations under one roof and the house was perfect. The pool and hot tub were great and the views of the mountains from the backyard are stunning. We found the house to be extremely well-equipped; every appliance you can think of was available to us. I can't wait to come back!
