Built in 2014, this 4-bedroom home offers amazing outdoor casual living spaces and beautiful interiors with a blend of midcentury style, modern comforts, and luxurious amenities. Located in the highly desirable Murano neighborhood designed by local architect James Cioffi, you are just minutes from the Uptown Design District and all of the shops and restaurants of Downtown Palm Springs.

The front gate of the property opens up to a short, covered walkway to the main house with the detached 1-bedroom ensuite casita to your immediate left. The expansive courtyard area between the casita and main house offers a beautifully furnished outdoor lounging area with an oversized sectional and large telescoping umbrella for shade with slider access to the living room, right by the gas-lined BBQ. Plenty of chaise lounging and seating, a sparkling pool and cascading spa, and 4-hole putting green offer everything you need to enjoy the amazing mountain views while soaking up the sun or for watching those amazing desert sunsets and enjoying the nighttime lights of the Palm Springs Tramway.

The detached casita is beautifully furnished with a Queen size bed, large Smart TV, ensuite tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and kitchenette with microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The casita offers its own slider access to the spa and pool with western views of the mountains.

Inside the main house, you first encounter the two ensuite guest bedrooms separated by a beautiful wet bar with tiled backsplash, wine refrigerator, sink, and stocked with all the equipment and glassware you’ll need to enjoy the perfect cocktail or smoothie, indoors or out. Both rooms offer California King size beds, walk-in closets, tiled showers and slider access to the side of the house as well as smart TVs. The second guest bathroom also has dual sinks at the vanity.

The Master Suite occupies its own wing of the home with a large bedroom with lots of windows and slider access to the pool. The bedroom features a plush California King bed, side tables with charging cubes and a large smart TV. The bathroom offers a luxurious soaking tub, walk in showers, dual vanities and a huge walk-in closet.

The main living areas are an open floor plan for seamless entertaining from its well-stocked kitchen to the formal dining area with seating up to eight to the large family room with gas fireplace, XL smart TV, and crescent shaped leather sectional for plenty of seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need from a variety of small kitchen appliances to serving platters and bowls. The kitchen island also offers bar seating for four for quick bites on the go or cooking conversations over wine.

Just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many attractions, shops, restaurants, and art galleries, you are never that far from enjoying what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are never that far away, from area casinos to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and ANA Inspiration (formerly the Dinah Shore Classic), and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. In Palm Springs, there is something for everyone.

Murano is a unique neighborhood in Racquet Club Estates. It's an area full of custom architecture, just steps away from the historic Mid-Century homes of the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Pool Heat is optional but available for $59/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.
