The heart of the home is the expansive, private backyard, and the bright, open-concept living area features expansive glass sliders that open directly to the patio, beautifully blending the spaces.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, property, and all amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and garage. A private entrance with a smart lock allows for seamless self check-in. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles, with one dedicated space in the garage and additional parking in the private driveway.



Other Things to Note:

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which will be sent to you for signature before your arrival. The city also requires that the primary renter supply a copy of their government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be parked at the property.

* **Optional Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an optional fee of $99 per night. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to ensure the pool is warm for your stay.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.
