This area is known as the “Araby” neighborhood. The 2276 sq ft mid-century home is nestled amongst the mountains at the south end of Palm Springs. This property is all about the entertain-at-home vibe. Soak up the massive desert landscape and capture the experience underneath the architectural veranda while lounging poolside.
The front grounds are park like, filled with desert landscaping, pathways, and native bird inhabitants that sing jubilantly. The front area features: a saltwater pool with a sundeck, spa, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower that all sit in front of the massive mountain scenery.
Peaceful & private, is what this vacation rental provides while delivering a Palm Springs experience for those seeking a totally unique getaway.
This property resides on a 29,000+ square foot lot, making the space more akin to a boutique hotel than a private vacation rental. The three bedrooms each have a dedicated bathroom, along with TV and outside patio access. This will ensure every guest in your group enjoys maximum privacy and serenity.

Poolside Mid Century Paradise is truly something to marvel. The entire property was meticulously renovated and curated to insinuate the essence of what Palm Springs is known for.
Choosing is not difficult when it is time to unwind in privacy, as each of the bedrooms are spacious and showcase an accented wall covered in gorgeous wallpaper which creates a space of tranquility, while the Palm Springs sunshine pours in through the large panes of glass. Each bedroom also has access to a luxury resort style bathroom making any room a must have.
The living and dining area employ an open-plan layout separated by a gorgeous floor to ceiling rock fireplace. This part of the house displays a noteworthy style that we're sure the Rat Pack would have enjoyed.
Curl up with a book in front of the decadent stone fireplace and admire another degree of architectural design. Or is it martini time - the Palm Springs cocktail du jour – over at the dry bar island that is awaiting your mélange creativity – and after shaking things up, how about a round of bocce ball in the backyard while everyone is grilling for the evening feast. This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $99 nightly or $495 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
