Great place for a business retreat. The property was beautiful!! The WiFi could use a little help, but maybe not an issue if you aren't a bunch of tech people on a work retreat?

VASTLY OVERCHARGING ME FOR ONE DAMAGED INEXPENSIVE DEESSER
Tet and Avant Stay seem determined to charge me 2,498.00. It is one hundred percent the same dresser as found on Amazon, Wayfarer, Home Depot, and SSLine.
Lala land bought the exact same dresser and apparently charged you over 800$. You can argue their design services justify the price. For replacing a dresser there is no reason to go back to LaLa land. As evidenced above the same dresser is sold through various distribution channels for vastly different prices. Google lens is very accurate. I have seen the dresser, and this is the exact same dresser.
I did spill on the one dresser. It shows it is not a high-quality dresser made of solid wood or at least first-rate veneer that this amount of damage was done. In any case it was the one dresser. Your first message did not mention a "nick" in the second dresser. After I pushed back the "nick" suddenly appeared.
I have provided a great deal of evidence that the dressers in your house are the same as sold through multiple outlets online and priced a fraction of what you want to charge me delivered to your house.
The burden of proof is on you to show that these dressers sold online are not the same as sold to you by LaLa Land. You will not be able to do this since they are. I want to see the invoice from Lala land when they purchased the dressers.
This year I have spent so far about one quarter of a million dollars on renting houses. We enjoyed the house in Palm Springs, except the first night the air conditioning did not work.
