  • Family friendly, clean and comfortable! Kick back and watch a movie on the big screen, TV or sit on the deck and enjoy the Majestic view of Pioneer Peak, while the kids run around the huge yard! There’s plenty of space to spread out with the three levels of this charming country cottage chalet!

    Beds: 4 Queens, 3 twins + twin mattress to be pulled out if needed.
    Rooms: Kitchen (no dining room table, eat at the bar or entry table/coffee table) living room, family/TV room, four bedrooms, loft/bridge (leads to outdoor balcony on top level).
    The deck includes a beautiful view of Pioneer Peak, 4 seats and a brand new propane barbecue grill.

    Most of the wooden furniture inside has been handmade by pallets. With a unique design of this home and furniture, guests can enjoy the detailed love that was put into creating the space.

    Whether you are enjoying this Country Cottage as a get away or just need a comfortable space to crash for the night, we look forward to having you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

    * all of the pictures included are either of the house or views within 20 minutes of it! It is a stunning area, with popular recreational activities including: hiking, glacier tours, fishing, camping, local Alaskan Breweries, and shopping.

We loved our stay! The house was adorable, cozy, and surprisingly spacious—perfect for our group. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything was easy and well organized. The views were absolutely beautiful and made for a wonderful Alaska experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

House was clean and the rooms and kitchen were great. Very nice hot tub. Great location and view. Host was very responsive to answering questions. About 15 minutes to grocery stores, etc in Palmer. Hatcher Pass and Historic Gold mine about 45 minutes away.

Host was very quick to respond to our questions. We were unable to get the keurig working so she sent us a new one that arrived within hours!Overall, we had a great time and the house worked well.

My grown daughters and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were in Alaska to visit my son who lives up there. He recommended the area, and the location was a perfect base for traveling to see different sights. We had trouble with the door code a couple of times, probably user error! But the host always responded right away. The place is really well stocked - we stopped at a grocery store before checking in, but should have waited to see what was there. The fridge and pantry had all the basics and more. There is a hot tub on the deck which was really nice, and exceptional views from the decks as well. The place was very clean and we enjoyed each having our own bedroom. We couldn't figure out the gas freestanding stove in the living area, so instructions on that would have been helpful, but there were operating instructions for other things at the property. It was located in what I would call a country subdivision, but it was quiet and still felt very private. We didn't see or hear much from neighbors. Kitchen was fun to cook in, wifi worked well, laundry worked, beds were super comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows. Great stay, we really enjoyed it!!

The property was very peaceful, close to the reindeer farm and ox farm. We did a hike only 1 mile away. The town has nice restaurants and stores. They aren’t close enough to walk, but it’s an easy drive. The house was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was our code didn’t work on the door but the owner responded immediately.

Over all, this was a very nice place but the lay out room wise is a bit different. Two queen beds upstairs, with no bathroom. Two bedrooms on the main level with a bathroom and same set up downstairs. Hot tub was a bit dirty but we do not use it. Kitchen is not stocked with ample dishes and cups for as many folks that can stay in the house. Bit of a challenge when cooking meals. Property was large sized outside which was nice for the kids to run around and burn off energy. View was great as well. Restaurants are about 15 minutes away that are any good.

Beautiful Location and House

We stayed here on two separate nights on our trip to Alaska. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host’s communication was great throughout and she was very accommodating. The view from here is fantastic as well. Our stays here were super relaxing. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to Alaska.

Holiday with Family and Friends

The stay was great and just as described, one of the unique things we liked about it was the wood fired hot tub. A cabin style lodge with beautiful Mountain View’s. Everything we could possibly need was there and communication was amazing with the host. Thank you for the amazing time, and letting us make lifetime memories with friends and family.

Great place!

We had a group of 11 with five kids and six adults. The yard was great to play catch with the kids. Great amenities and could tell it’s been taken care of.
