A Few Pool + Spa Notes (Nothing Fancy—Just Helpful Info)

The hot tub takes about 45–60 minutes to heat up. To turn it on/off, just use the control box on the lanai. Please remember to switch it off when you’re done (or let it time out on its own).

The pool is heated during the cooler months, but keep in mind—it’s not meant to feel “hot,” just comfortable. The spa is your go-to if you’re craving that toasty soak.

Pool heat only runs when the pump is on (you’ll see water flowing from the spa to the pool). If the hot tub is on, pool heating pauses during that time.

A pool company comes by twice a week to keep things clean, but this is Florida—some leaves might still float in. We’ve got a skimmer you can use if you feel like it.


We’ll follow up with a short online registration once you book. It’s fast, simple, and helps us prepare for your visit.

For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.
