"Etoiles is a great place to re-set, beautifully furnished, set in tranquil surroundings. The heated pool is a big plus especially in the spring time and there is also a beach short walk away. The property has secure private parking. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. It is a perfect base to explore Calabria. "

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "This is a very nice place in a super-convenient location, about 5 minutes walk from the National Archaeological Museum, and also from the Lido train station (1 stop on the local trains from Villa San Giovanni, if you are taking the ferry or train to Sicily). It has a beautiful view of the straights, and the rooms are very quiet. Staff very helpful--great local recommendations. Highly recommended."
