Guest are welcome to use the entire 3000+ sq ft interior of the home. That includes all 6 enclosed rooms (four furnished bedrooms, plus office and library) the living and family rooms, plus full kitchen and dining area.
We have two driveway spaces plus plenty of street parking. No permits are necessary in this neighborhood.
The garage is locked and off limits because we keep extra furnishings there. It is not part of the rental. If you want to play pickleball, there is a shared courtyard with a net, paddles, and balls available for use. Please message us.
Hot tub in master can be used, but note that you have to run the water for about 5 minutes before the water is no longer a rusty color. Fireplaces can't be used due to fire risk.
