The house is ideal for family groups. It is distributed as follows:
On the first floor there is an open kitchen, large dining room with sea view and terrace overlooking the sea.
On a lower floor there are two family bathrooms and three bedrooms.
On the second floor below there is an Studio/kitchenette/ Bathroom with a surface of 40 m2.
Situated 300 meters from the shops and services.
Wi-Fi. Satellite TV.
The plot area is 1.110 m2.
House especially suitable for families with children or two families together. The sutdio on the lowest floor allows great independence.
There are several terraces distributed in different directions that lallow for choosing shade or sun on any moment.
There is a large terrace with BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals.
From the living terrace there is a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Medes Islands.

Tax on stays in tourist establishments NOT INCLUDED (€1 per day and person over 17 years old, max.7 days). Subject to variation according to current regulations.

From the ground floor there are stairs leading down to the street that gives access to the beach just 500 meters away and shops and other services which are only 300 meters away. Its location is ideal for maximum tranquility and allows not having to take the car.
The most attractive area of the coast is the small area around Palafrugell which stretches from Pals and Begur in the north, south through Fornells, Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc, to Calella de Palafrugell. This dramatic coastline abounds with beautiful bays, coves and headlands, with sandy beaches washed by sparkling seas, and interspersed by glistening white villages, each very different, the perfect locations for relaxing holidays. The countryside has some wonderful timeless villages like Peratallada and Ullastret set against a distant backdrop of the ever present Pyrenees. Visit Pals, the walled medieval city; Bisbal famed for its production of ceramics; Torroella de Montgri with its Gothic palaces, courtyards and narrow streets nestling beneath the Castell de Montgri, and the spectacular gardens of Cap Roig. There are various markets to explore, vineyards to visit and slightly further away the Dali Museum in Figueres; whilst the vibrant city of Barcelona is less than 2 hours away.

Great house and incredible ocean views!!

We loved this house. The ocean view was perfect and the pool was wonderful. It had all the amenities we needed. We love the small town area with restaurants in walking distance. One caution is the 4th bedroom is a separate studio which smelled musty. We didn’t need to use it but I would recommend this house as 3 bedrooms, not 4.
