“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made……

We took the bike trail to the Coast Guard Beach, visited the Audubon trail in Wellfleet. The common area was delightful. I took a dip in the surprising warm pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. “The Anchor Inn was centrally location with great access to restaurants and activities. Parking was a big plus. The inn definitely needs updating and attention to the breakfast offering. The pricing was excessive for the size of our tiny room, $600+.”
