“Beautiful property situated less than 100 feet from shopping and dining, but wonderfully quiet in apartment - couldn't ask for more! Was concerned at first at steep stairway entering (a bit afraid of heights if I have to look down), but used back stairs the rest of the time without any issue. Laundry on site was a big plus. Kitchen spotless; apartment tasteful and comfortable - thank you for a wonderful stay, David!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the beach. We arrived the day before Hurricane Erin and had a few days of cloudy weather. Fortunately, the great room is not overcrowded with furniture and seems spacious. The view of the ocean is stunning. We've stayed at lots of places at the beach. These hosts are some of the most thoughtful and considerate. We definitely recommend this place for your getaway.I'm a blogger, and it was easy to shoot plenty of pictures on this vacation.”

“We absolutely love staying at this condo! My boyfriend, my Mom and I have stayed in this unit multiple times in the past few months and each time has been wonderful. The hosts were very responsive to my questions regarding restaurants and seafood markets among other things. The unit is right on the beach and has everything you might need to enjoy your stay. It is extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!”

“Enjoyed our stay at A Place At The Beach. While the property is a bit dated....(I don't ever mind that as long as the unit is clean.) The unit, bathrooms and bedroom were clean and comfortable. The location and ammenities are very nice-(beach access and nice pool and property.) We had a wifi password issued that the owner was able to help us with. My negative is that the couch was extremely dirty and stained- to the point that we kept towels on it for our stay. If it were not for the couch I……

“We had a wonderful week at this beautiful and comfortable townhouse. It has been beautifully updated. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great on a very hot week. Great location, easy walk to the beach, and easy parking. We would definitely re-rent when we have a chance to return. ”
