「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day...

「We arrived early and was greeted by a very friendly man who let us have access to the room despite 2 hrs early Room was very clean , large bed and nice balcony - every day the room was cleaned and fresh towells ! Swimming pool is fresh water and they take real pride in this , excellent pool area too ! Walk up the hill , kiosk and 2 restaurants , both excellent too Breakfast was brilliant selection and fresh , overall I would highly recommend this hotel as real value for money , great staff...

「The location of the hotel is very good. It takes few-minute walks to the beach and major sightseeing spots. Nice Bars and Restaurants are nearby. It is quite noisy at mid-night from the bar area. Bring your earplug if you are sound sensitive. 」
