"Everything was wonderful. The room, property and area so nice. Right by skala port so very convenient for Americans that bring big bags lol. Right on beach and quiet."
"The staff was so friendly and kind. The amenities were ok, pool was small especially when there were children at the hotel. The beach was just ok, the beds were ok on the beach. The staff is what really shined here, they were all wonderful and kind."
"We had the all inclusive package. The food was repetitive and similar to a cafeteria. Nothing was really outstanding food and drink wise. We left the hotel a few times to eat at local restaurants. The resort was under renovations and there was only one restaurant with strange hours. The disco and beach restaurants were not available and there was no mini club for the kids. There was one store to buy souvenirs but again with the strange hours- closed from 2 until 7pm I believe. No evening events, dances or activities. The first night our AC was broken but they gave us a fan until the next day when it was fixed by an external company.
On the plus side, the resort has impeccable landscaping with beautiful flowers. The place was clean and located in a very peaceful quiet area with lots of nature. Lovely to drive in the Peloponnese from Athens. Perfect location to have day trips to Hydra, Spetses and Poros."
"This was an absolutely beautiful resort. We had a front facing room with an exceptional view. The beach was lovely. I would highly recommend, and the pool was nice as well."
"Nice ocean view from our tiny balcony. Neighbor balconies are very close without any separation, so there’s no privacy at all.room was clean, bathroom outdated. Electric kettle in the room, however no coffee or tea provided. Street is busy and district noisy up to late night. Staff was nice."
"We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay.
Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, most things mismatched.
On the kadt night (yesterday) I used the soa bath & it was only when I stood up to get out I noticed the bathroom was completely flooded, going into the main room too; my flip flops were floating on 2 inches of water together with other items I had left on the bathroom floor. We got reception & after at least half an hour it was under control, mopped etc but the fact remains I could have had a serious accident.
Overall, witj the tiredness of the room, non functioning / dangerous facilities & uncomfortable camp bed, this can by no means be considered an average, let alone superior room.
The manager was very dismissive when I checked out, offered no apology & seemed convinced that these issues had been resolved; maybe they were in her opinion but not in mine as a paying guest.
If I had not paid in advance I would have gone elsewhere, as there were plenty of other rooms available for the same or lower price.
I will be looking for at least 50% refund, if not all."
"Everything was wonderful from great staff, spotlessly clean rooms and amazing breakfast down to the luscious home made baked treats offered every morning.
Only small downside is small compact shower
Area. Otherwise a great 5 night stay."
