Awesome stay

Could not ask for a more beautiful Condo. Everything from booking and the check in was a breeze. Had a little issue with the air conditioning, but the owner and agent had the issue fixed in no time. Stayed here many times, and will be back again. The accommodations and convenience was worth the stay.

Plenty of space, wonderful by room to sleep 4, and 2 spacious rooms with attached baths(one being master). Loved that we were able to watch teens in pool as condo is situated just above the larger indoor/outdoor pool! Beautiful view of gulf also! Within walking distance to Pier park and local shops and restaurants. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future! Highly recommend for larger families or groups!

Fair and decent pricing too. Some highlights include; Very clean unit. Good interior design. Great bonus goodies included like Bath salts sampler in the MB. Location very close to ocean with beautiful ocean sounds and smells coming through the patio doors. (No screen doors and the windows do not open.) Unit feels large and spacious. Nice bright white lighting. Helpful laundry basket in the laundry room. Sand toys. Extra cozy spare blankets in the closets. Large nice TV in main room, plus wall mounted TVs in each bedroom. Nice furniture, clean, firm. Good kitchen appliances, no crockpot, no spices. Beautiful corner unit with great views. Patio furniture is nice. Beds are comfortable, plenty of spare pillows. Ceiling fans in each bedroom.A few wishlist items: during our visit, there is a large construction job happening on the exterior of the building. Thankfully we knew this going into it, and our column of the building was already completed, however there was loud construction noises throughout the day, one pool was shutdown, certain walkways are closed. Wasn't a dealbreaker, but definitely inconvenient. Also note, the roadway behind the building is very close and loud, especially at night. And blaring music and karaoke singing can be heard from the bar across the street. We also heard loud yelling and footsteps from a party group in the unit above us. Nothing you can really do. Just be aware.One recommendation to the management company, it's extremely helpful when we renters can receive text alerts for key pertinent info, like the door code upon arrival, or reminder day before for checkout details.Overall, very nice place, we had a great visit!

Excellent customer service!

This condo is just as described. The furnishings are high end. The kitchen and dining area were spacious. Easy check in, check out. Close to restaurants and Pier Park. We had a small issue with the dryer that could not be fixed during our stay. However, the property manager team was quick to provide a solution for the rest of our stay. Texts were replied to in a timely fashion. This was our 2nd stay at Aqua. We really enjoyed it.
