With a queen bed in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom, easy access to the community pool, WIFI, and a fully stocked kitchen this property is sure to accommodate you like a home away from home. And for when you choose to venture out to the beautiful white sands, the Seacrest Beach North tram service will shuttle you and your family to the emerald waters upon request.



Whether you choose to spend your time in the sun or visiting many of the eclectic local shops and fantastic restaurants (Acme Ice House, Shades, George's) located conveniently within walking distance, Bella Bella is sure to make your vacation a relaxing getaway to remember.

**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**





Nearest Beach Access - .39 miles – Beach access is at Seacrest Beach II – Directly across the street from the entrance of Seacrest Beach North.



SCBN community offers a beach shuttle service (free) to take guest to and from the beach.
