The living room has a flat screen TV/cable and a DVD player, sofa has a pull-out Queen size sleeper, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The dining area includes a table that seats six, along with the bar area that seats two.
Kitchen has been renovated, is fully equipped and has nice cabinets, countertops, and appliances.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full renovated bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a flat screen TV/cable and DVD player, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The guest bedroom has two Double beds, a full renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, and sliding glass doors that lead to its own small private balcony.

The balcony off of the living room and master bedroom includes a large table, four chairs, and one lounge chair. The small balcony off of the guest bedroom includes two chairs.
View-faces the water but the building does sit further back behind the pool as shown in the pictures, you still have a beautiful view of the water and a incredible view of the evening's sunsets.
