Thanksgiving Trip

Great house with a great location, right on the beach. Can easily walk to pier park and an easy drive to most restaurants and shops. House was clean and as described. It was perfect for our family and very convenient have a second living room upstairs with the other 4 bedrooms.

Beachfront house in ideal location

This beachfront home was perfect for my large family wih 6 bedrooms. The house was bright and airy and the view from the kitchen and living room was stunning. The beach wasn't too crowded and the best part is it is in walking distance to the pier and Pier Park with all the shopping. It was perfect so everyone had something to do whether it be go the beach, lounge at the beach house, fish at the pier or shop at Pier Park. The only knock I have is this is an older home that was rennovated and the kitchen cabinets and appliances shows it. But, evrrything worked which is what really matters. Everyone in my family enjoyed their stay here. You really won't be disappointed staying at this beach house.

Great Location!

The house was perfect for our large group and you could not beat the walk to the beach. We could also walk to the pier! We really enjoyed our stay. The original listing said there was a pool but upon arrival we realized there was not a pool. We did mention this to the manager and they responded quickly, apologized and said they would ensure the listing was updated.

Great house for family

House was clean and ready for us as we arrived. Any issues we had like slow drain or ice maker someone was a there promptly to make repair. The house is older and has been nicely updated. It is perfect for a family with all ages. Open plan with a great deck and easy access to the beach. This was our second time to stay here and we hope to stay here many times in the future!

Awesome gulf front location with walkability to Pier Park!

This was a first attempt for my family to have a “one dwelling,” beach vacation. It was perfect! We had two 5 year olds, one 7, two 17, one 18 and two 19 year olds. Then their parents. The location serves all well and the home is beautiful!

Great house and location!!

We stayed here for Thunder Beach 2024 and had the perfect location! Was able to walk to bars and restaurants easily, and being on the main drag during bike week was very entertaining. The huge windows overlooking the beach was so beautiful and the house wasn’t far from the shoreline; easy walk. The house was spacious and very accommodating. We plan on staying here again next year. Great spot!!

Great Place to stay

This was a great place to stay with a group of friends. Everything from the booking process to checking out was great. The house itself was in a good location and was in good shape. It had beach chairs for us to use a long with a cooler. We will definitely choose this house again when we return to PCB.

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay could have had a better cleaning prior to check-in but overall the house was nice! The beds are not comfortable at all but we still enjoyed our vacation! Beautiful ocean views easy access to beach, pier park, and restaurants! The bush out front could use a trim to help with leaving the driveway safely so you can see traffic.

House is in great location but…

We had to have maintenance come nearly every day and still had issues when we left. And I hope that no one gets seriously injured when, not if, someone’s foot goes through the back porch or cuts their foot on a rusted nail. I don’t want to list everything here, but it is a shame, this house could be somewhere that we rent every year since the location is PERFECT.

Family vacation was a huge success!

We loved the house. It was very welcoming and accommodating for our group of 12. Master bedroom was a nice layout. Water pressure was awesome. Kitchen is perfect for all of to gather. Pros: stand alone ice maker, floor to ceiling windows allows for fantastic views, couches very comfortable, private beach entrance always a plus. Cons: had to unstop sink in master bath, had to empty vacuum from previous guests, guests stated upstairs beds are very creaky and disrupted sleep, found the road noise to be a nuisance when in master bedroom. Suggestions: provide a squeegee to clean windows to optimize view and maybe better cookware. We very much enjoyed our stay which made it worth the steep rental cost.

Great family and friends getaway

We had a great time. The view was amazing and we even had a sea turtle lay her eggs in front of the house while we were there. The rooms were all a nice size and we enjoyed the open floor plan of the kitchen, den and eating area. The only negative I would say is there were several broken and cracked chairs on the deck.

Great Family House

The is a great house for a family. The house has been updated and is close to the ocean for easy beach day. The front decking and large kitchen and living area are great for large family gatherings. The only reason it was four stars instead of five is that there were some cleanliness issues upon check in. The house had been superficially straightened and cleaned. But was in need of a deep cleaning. For example: dirty oven and frigerator, shower and tub mold issues, and extreme dust under furniture. We would likely rent this unit again. Hopefully these issues would be resolved by then.

Location, location, location

Great location. Within walking distance to Pier Park, steps from the beach, etc. Only negative is we had 20 people staying here and one of the refrigerators didn’t work. We called on the 2nd day there and let them know but it was never resolved. Someone did come out to check it but it was never fixed. Kinda disappointing.

Filthy and definitely not 24/7 service

The place needs a serious cleaning. The bottoms of our feet were black after just the first afternoon. And there is mold in all the showers. They actually left a moldy shower curtain laying in the bathtub of one of the bathrooms. They advertise 24/7 service but when we reached out to them twice about the WIFI being out, the response was "we can't help with that". Great location but not worth it!
