Great gulf view


This beautiful beachfront condo located on the 21st floor of Tower I at the Majestic Beach Resort has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a semi-private alcove that contains a bunk bed.

The well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar has a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Dining table with seating for 4.
Dishwasher soap, dish liquid and paper towels are provided.

A washer/dryer combo is located in the condo hallway. Laundry soap/fabric softener sheets provided.

The unit has two bathrooms, the master bath has a jetted tub/shower combo and the other has a walk-in shower. Hair dryer and bath soap are provided.

The living room features a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Roku with cable and streaming capability. The master bedroom has a TV receiving cable and a DVD player.

Free In room/onsite Wi-fi (login instructions in the condo).

The 16' balcony offers seating for eating, enjoying a beverage or just relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze.
The 650 feet of beach frontage at the Majestic Beach Tower Resort is accessible from 3 boardwalks. Beach vendor rents lounge type chairs.
The condo is provided with beach towels, small cooler, beach wagon, umbrella and folding chairs for beach use.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

* No more than 4 guests (maximum 3 adults)
*Only one parking space for this condo
*Online registration for parking $40 + credit
card processing fee ($41.50)
* A copy of your driver's license should be provided within 48 hours of booking and must be on file prior to your arrival
* $250 security deposit to cover any accidental damage or loss.

Great spot to take your teen

Nice clean condo with some really good amenities. My wife and I brought our 17 yr old with us and for the first time ever, he said he would be happy to come back to this place. Host was fantastic to work with. Only knock on the location was the crowd. Spent some time waiting on the elevators. Even with the elevator wait times, it’s a fantastic spot for a small family to stay.

Awesome Property

Super nice property, convenient to services and restaurants, but fairly quiet area. The room and hotel amenities are very nice. Great communication with property manager as well. The beach wagon was not functional and when I pointed it out to the property manager, a new one arrived by the next morning without question. Communication was good and the view was great. Will definitely be back.

The room and view was great! Very clean, and stocked for what is needed for a week away from home. Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking was easy too. Majestic Reach Resort

My family has stayed in too many PCB condos to count. This condo was by far the cleanest and well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. All cooking, cleaning and laundry essentials where up to date and operated as expected.

Best Experience and Fun!

This was a last minute trip. The ease of finding something and the awesome communication with the host made this much needed trip the best experience ever. The only problem i had was at the beginning. It kept saying it would not accept my credit card and I kept trying and trying. I called VRBO and they said it actually went through the first time. The room was immaculate. I was not prepared for the host to have everything I needed. This was spectacular and I will remember for the future.

Perfect impromptu getaway!

Cheryl is an amazing host! The condo was perfect for our little family and the extras made the stay so easy because we literally had everything we needed right in the condo! Five Star Condo/Five Star Resort

Cheryls "Home Away From Home" was super clean and well equipped for for longer stays. Absolutely beautifully decorated including nice touches: newer balcony furniture, collection of beach towels, kids toys, wagon, beach stuff, pots, pans, kitchen implements and even an umbrella by the front door. We were sad to leave our home! Paul and Carrie, Barrie Ontario.

Nice condo wasnt happy with policies and staff

The host and condo were amazing. My issue was the staff and policies at the resort. I come on vacation yo telax not be hounded every 10 to 15 minutes from multiple security staff to see my wrist band or tell me i cant enjoy my adult beverage at the pool. Theres a pool bar with tables outside however you cant sit at the tables unless ordering from the wsitess for an actual meal or extended sit down. You cant sit on the pool edge or be in the pool with a drink which this is the first beach resort ive stayed at with these rules. They tell you at check in you dont gave to wrar your band just have it with you but security hounds the crap out of guests non stop. You dont feel relaxed at all here with the constant watching and hounding you. Several guests we met had the same complaint and wont be staying here again. We couldnt even pull the slingshot car we rented on the propertys front entrance loading and unloading zone to pick up the kids. You have to parkdown the street at a special parking zone if you rent a golf cart or slingshot. Absoluteky ridiculous!!

Lots of space for the four of us to have a place to stretch out. Was surprised to find beach chairs and a cart to wheel things to the beach. Safe area, well monitored parking garage. Did have a few issues with the elevator and lots of road noise, but this is not an issue with the lister. Would recommend to others!

Very nice complex

We had a blast. There was 2 of us and we had plenty of room. Room was clean and up to date. I would Definitely come stay again. The only complaint I have is the parking was across the street. That was inconvenient. But overall it was nice.
