Spring getaway

Ocean Villa Sunsets

We enjoyed our 11 night stay at this lovely condo on Panama City Beach. We particularly enjoyed the large bowed balcony with its variety of seating options, which all had a stunning view of the sunset! The beds were comfortable and the condo was tastefully decorated. We really appreciated the delivery of a new recliner the second day in. So comfortable!

Another great week on the beach!

The condo is as described in VRBO. It could use a few kitchen towels as there was only one provided, but otherwise it was great! Will definitely consider staying again.

Spacious condo with a gorgeous view!

Loved the open floor plan and the spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Balcony also was larger with plenty of seating! Plenty of closet space too! Location was perfect to most restaurants & Pier Park!

Great vaca place

Great location. Great view. Nicely decorated condo. Enjoyed the beach, pools, and spa. Appreciated use of the beach chairs (great value added). Rented a pontoon and visited seashell island. The entire experience was wonderful.

Perfect balcony view

We enjoyed the wonderful view from the balcony. Ocean Villa is our destination every time we visit PCB. Wish we could take the water pressure in the shower home with us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the amenities of this condo. It has a nice, private pool area and close access to the beach. The condo is close to a Walmart, and in fact, we walked to this Walmart more than we drove to it. If you want to go to Pier Park and some of the other tourist attractions, you would have to drive. But for relaxing by the pool or beach, this place is ideal!

Great getaway.

Loved the clean and spacious room. It was the grand babies first trip. Even though they won’t remember this vacation, we all sure will because they had the time of their life and we did as well.

Awesome views

This condo is fantastic and the views are breathtaking. Parking is convenient with a walk over trestle. Condo is very clean and beds are super comfortable. Hoping to rent next year.

Great for a family

Beautiful views, comfortable living space, and a large balcony. The only thing I would comment on is the amount of kitchen essentials. There were few dishes and utensils for a family of 6. Other than that it was great.

Excellent condo!

This unit was very clean and well stocked. Furniture was comfy and there was plenty of drawer space, cabinet space, and closet space. The master shower water pressure was amazing! The dishwasher stopped working, so I reached out to the property owner. He responded quickly and had maintenance replace with a new dishwasher that same day! Excellent communication. We will keep this unit in mind for future vacations!

Reviewer Comments: we hade a wonderful time at ocean villa 1604. the only complaint would be the balcony floor is so dirty, feet were black the moment we touch it. I did mop it once and was a little better! Rugs could use some cleaning too but kitchen was well stocked for cooking in one night, beds were comfortable and couches and chair were nice.

graduation celebration

this was our 2nd trip to Ocean Villa's but a different room this time. The unit was very clean and i could tell the owner has made some newer updates. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking in needs. there was plenty of seating in the unit as well as the balcony. the chair and umbrella service was a huge asset. only thing i didnt care for was you had to go down each morning to reserve a spot instead of being given a spot for the week to use. I would highly recommend this unit. we will definitely be back.
