Beautiful, accurate description, safe and clean

We stayed 5 nights and wasn’t ready to go! Condo clean, great communication , safe, beach and pool was fantastic! Easy parking, drop off and load was convenient.

Fabulous stay!

We absolutely love Majestic, and this condo did not disappoint. The space is exactly if not better than shown/described. The owners were great communicators. We loved the gym, what a nice surprise to have the free access! We’ve been PCB regulars due to friends and a church we visit for several years. Will likely try to stay here if available next couples trip!

Great beach front condo

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and reasonably priced. We had plenty of space for our family of 6. The location had great beach access and was convenient to all other places we visited. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic

Loved our stay for our honeymoon. They were willing to move our dates due to use having a positive covid test two days before our scheduled stay. Great to work with and would recommend booking with them.

Not 2 bedrooms!

Was very dissapointed with this rental. The listing clearly said two bedrooms. In my opinion, bunkbeds and a curtain in the hallway does not form a bedroom. I needed two bedrooms for a reason and this arrangement was very inconvenient.

What a View!

My family stayed at Dean's condo on a Friday night. Parking was easy and a parking pass was waiting in the unit. There is a little walk from the garage to the unit but if my 80 year old in-laws can do it, anyone can. The unit itself was clean and well decorated. The view from the balcony was wonderful. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning with my coffee and enjoy the view. The beach and the gulf are just beautiful. There were many families here and I see the appeal. The sand is white and doesn't get hot. The gulf water is crystal clear and warm with a soft sandy bottom. There were gentle waves and we had fun. Since we were there just for one night we didn't get to use the pool but I thought it was great that you have that option as well. I would recommend Dean's place to a family looking for a great oceanfront condo at a reasonable price.

Beautiful

Condo was everything that was pictured and more. The view was amazing. Beds comfortable. No issues with anything. No major wait time with elevators. Staff friendly. We had to call owner once on a parking garage question, and he answered first time calling. We will be booking with Dean on our next vacation to Panama City Beach!

You won’t be disappointed!

Our family vacation was an absolute dream! We highly recommend booking with Dean and are looking forward to coming back again and again. Dean made our experience so personal and it is evident that he and his family want their guests to have nothing but the best experience during their stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, nicely furnished and so easy to check in. Do yourself a huge favor and skip the large propety management companies! You won’t regret the attention and detail this man puts into his condos and guests. Thank you Dean!

Excellent!!

It’s always a good sign when you walk into a place and it smells like bleach!! It’s clean!! We have no complaints about anything. The apartment had everything we needed and wasn’t rundown. This was our first time staying at this resort and we loved it. The loading/unloading cart service and 20 min park when you arrive/depart is a bonus in our book. We will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The condo was perfect for my family. Waking up to the ocean everyday was just what I needed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dean was great to work with as well. The condo had Everything described. We didn't need anything else to make our trip perfect.

Great!

We had a great stay at this property! The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. The ironing board pad was missing and he replaced it with a new irioning board promptly. This unit would be perfect for a family of 5. The balcony view was amazing! We were able to see dolphins, sting rays and schools of fish each morning! We will definitely look into booking with these owners for future visits to PCB!

Very clean and accommodating.

Owner provided list of fun activities as well as good restaurants. Left detailed instructions for rules and clean up so there was no confusion. Comfy bed and plenty of kitchen ware!

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay with all necessary accommodations. Beach view balcony is a plus. I really liked that it’s walking distance from local stores and restaurants. Owner worked very well with me and made this stay location the perfect fit for me! Totally recommendable and I will definitely be coming back!

Nice Vacay but a few couple things to mention

This was a girls weekend away and for the most part was wonderful. Dean was very quick to respond and Amber who is with Maintenance was fabulous on a couple little problems we had. The condo was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. On the downside, the description of the condo stated "Gourmet kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking & entertainment needs". This I would have to say is untrue. The kitchen really had the bare minimum. Just seemed like leftover odds and ends were thrown together. We even had to make a trip to the store to get a wine opener. We feel that the kitchen stock definitely needs a makeover. Also we felt there could be more towels given; maybe even supplying some beach towels and beach chairs. I guess in a way I was spoiled at another condo we stayed at that really thought of everything: Beach towels, Sand Chairs, Fully stocked over and above of what was needed, coolers, games.. just to name a few. So the condo was nice, but if you are planning to cook a couple meals it would not be the place to stay.
