Incredible view of beach and gulf. Balcony is large and enjoyed sitting, relaxing and enjoying the view. The condo is very well maintained and all the amenities we needed. Beach is great and easy to access. Recommend packing things in roller totes to move things from car to room . The carts provided are sometimes hard to find.

Elevators were not a problem, check-in was easy and staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of space for the 7 in our group, clean, and view was amazing ! Would deff stay here again !

Tidewater vacay

Beautiful condo with great views! We would recommend it and love to stay in this particular unit again. Many amenities, especially the gym, were an added plus for our stay.

First of all the elevator situation was horrible. There were broken elevators and with the amount of people in the resort it made something as simple as going down to the beach or pool a hot and frustrating experience. We had a 3 bedroom condo and with 7 people each bathroom only 2 washcloths for the whole week. So we had to go and buy extra ones which if I had known I could have brought my own. One of the beds was broke in one bedroom. Shower door was hard to open .I can say we did have plenty of room in the living room area and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We did pick the worst week to go because of tropical storm Bertha and couldn’t get into the water for the whole time we were there and no chairs and umbrella that we paid for until the last day . Which we could have used that 300 and something dollars for something else. I know you have no control of the storms but over all we most likely will not be coming back to this place.

Wonderful

The kids and family loved it. Loved the pool and beach wish we could have stayed longer. Very friendly residents at the resort and staff were very playful with the toddlers. Definitely would stay again. Only problem was the road being worked on out front.

Wonderful stay

Easy to rent property, checking in/out was easy as well. The property was absolutely beautiful and getting up every morning and being able to look at the beach was phenomenal. Did not want to leave.

This was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in at PCB! The layout and decor of the condo were absolutely beautiful and view was unmatched. Only negative was the Tidewater elevators, but that had nothing to do with the condo! 10/10!

Great place

This is a great rental property! We loved the view from all the huge windows and enjoyed our time here! Only downside was the elevators are extremely slow and the wait can be horribly long at times

The view is AMAZING!!!! VERY roomy. The only complaints we had was there aren't enough elevators in the building which the owners can't fix anyway. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Summer 2023

The condo was very large and comfortable for a family of 9. It was clean and had pretty much everything needed. I would recommend taking a couple of towels, we had to wash them often to keep up and also take beach towels.

Good but…

The place was great, but the elevators are atrocious. Everyone checks in and out at the same time and it’s over an hour wait for an elevator. Otherwise, place is good and enjoyed the stay. The condo has great views and lots of clean spacious rooms.

The unit is gorgeous! Unit is just as pictured in advertisement. Kitchen had everything you need and then some. Beds were comfortable. 2 master bedrooms was a wonderful surprise! The balcony had the most amazing sunsets. Well be back again & again! Thanks for such a great stay!

Elevators Suck!

The property was amazing! Had awesome amenities and was in a good location for us. The people were so friendly. Our group has zero complaints about the property management group, the condo, the staff. However, those elevators! I would not stay here again for the elevators alone. We had a disabled person with us and she ended up not going to the beach a couple of times because she felt bad making us wait for the elevators with her. She was stuck in the room at various times.

That view...

This condo is very nice. The view and the windows that allow the view are amazing. We enjoyed the wrap-around balcony, the swivel rockers in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fully stocked kitchen. The condo could definitely use some updating. Walk in tile showers and updated vanities in the bathrooms would be ideal. Lastly, the beds were pretty saggy. However, we would absolutely stay here again.

Great Condo

This well appointed condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to bake, cook and drink! Enough comfortable seating for my family and a large TV for the non-beach times. It has a fantastic view with wraparound windows. The beds were all very comfortable with pretty linens. It had a full sized washer and dryer which is important when drying towels! My only complaint was that the indoor pool and the hot tub were both shut down for maintenance while were were there.

Family Trip

The property itself was amazing. Elevators were not great, but to be expected with a condo of that size. The only complaint is the umbrella rental company. The owner of that was impossible to deal with as far as placement of beach chairs.

PCB 2023 FAMILY TRIP

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND A GREAT BEACH!!!! THE ONLY THING I FOUND THAT WASN’T ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IS THAT THE COFFEE MAKER HAD BEEN PUT UP IN THE CABINET WITHOUT BEING CLEANED AND HAD AN OLD MOLDY COFFEE FILTER IN IT. AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF CLEANING AND A SANITIZE RUN THROUGH THE DISHWASHER...ALL GOOD. OTHER THAN THAT ONE SMALL THING, GREAT STAY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CONDO!!!

Christmas Vacation

Perfect location. Great size for a family of 6. One bedroom and the bunkbeds had windows that had outside lights that prevented the rooms from being dark at night. Black out shades would be better there. One of the swivel chairs didn't swivel and one of the toilets ran. The elevator, which everyone complained was slow, didn't give us any issues. Overall, it was an exceptional place for us.

Elevator Hell

The management company was awesome ! I won’t be back to Tidewater . Several elevators weren’t in service or not working . Standing in line 30 + minutes for an elevator isn’t my idea of a relaxing vacation The beach chair attendants came by several times asking our name room numbers , as though we were done beach chair squatters. The property management company is the best I’ve dealt with as far as communication goes.

Had several small children with us and elevators were the worst I have dealt with in 50 years. I would not recommend.
