Multiple issues...security cameras blaring out every 3 seconds that the are is being monitored, curtains in both the living room and bedroom were in shambles, there were cracks in the tile floor and broken facia in the bathroom, lack of washcloths and towels for the amount of people that the room offered, no sheets on the bunkbeds in the condo, The master bed did not have a skirt and made the whole thing look cheap as well as uncomfortable due to two twins made into one bed, the onsite staff were not pleasant to work with, VRBO really did not respond to our concerns while we were there. The ONLY decent thing was the pool and you had to be 10 feet away from the pool to have a drink...no adulting in the pool with a cool drink and the pool on above the parking deck was open, but none of the water features that made it look great on the website were working, all empty and non-functioning..Because of the lack of cordialness of the staff and location, we chose NOT to hang around the condo and just go to the beach.. The restaurants were closed and the place as a whole looked like it needs an upgrade. I stayed at this same location 10 years ago and it still looked the same...:-( They did have a lightshow on the lake, but we were not told and only 1 saw it... I would say that the only reason that this place is still viable is the vicinity to Pineapple Willy's and the surrounding Ripleys and WonderWorks.
