Quite, yet near everything

Spacious yet cozy. Secure. Pool, sauna, shuffleboard, fire pit and fishing pier.

Misled

This place has NO internet but advertised wifi in the description. We planned to stay 3 weeks and immediately reached out to the Vacasa Team and they did acknowledge the issue and moved us within the complex to another condo the next day. Aside from the no wifi, the biggest issue we found was the bedroom curtains are too small and the bedroom sits at the front of the condo and the outside entrance lights shine in. The one night we had to stay while they found us another place it was sleeping in the daylight regardless of the time. The sliding patio door has a piece of wood used as a stop in it. Neighbour said they made it for someone staying there before because patio door doesn’t lock proper. We found this out after staying the one night. Dryer didn’t work that well. We cleaned the lint trap (I guess someone finally had to) and it seemed a little better but it doesn’t dry well. We were in this complex (different unit) 3 weeks and the entrance gate didn’t work almost half the time we were there. Other than that, the location overlooks the lagoon and condo itself was clean, but we would NOT recommend this condo.

Good for the price

The condo was fine but had some maintenance issues. Cracked wall had been patched but not repainted. Back patio was extremely dirty but there wasn’t a water hose to spray it off. Finger prints on the sliding door. It had a torn place on the hallway wall that needed repaired. Had water leaking from the ceiling one night, got it turned off but I don’t know if the problem was fixed. We couldn’t get into the pool area after 7:00 at night because the gate wouldn’t open. Location was great and a great rate but has some issues.

Work

I extremely enjoyed my stay there. Working at night and being able to come home relax and sleep was amazing. I would stay here again even if it was for a vacation. Any issue I had was taken care. Definitely an amazing experience.

Nice little condo

Nice place to stay. Location was a plus away from Pier Park all busy stuff. But just a short drive if that's what your after. A nice walk from the condo to the beach front. Liked idea didn't have to take the car, could leave it at the condo. We enjoyed our short stay condo was clean, it did still have a light bulb over kitchen table needs replaced and a blind in bed room that's fixed. Overall for price point and what we was looking for this was a great option. We will keep it in our favorite for future stays as we go to PCB couple times a year. So far off season late September early October has been best times.

The place for boaters.

If you have a boat and want to go to Panama City, this is the place to go. It is across the road from a beach and it has a dock with reasonably fast access to St. Andrews Inlet. Management is extremely boater friendly too and that is what I liked most. A lot of condo managers make you feel very unwelcome if you bring a boat, but not these guys. There is a community of boaters that spend a lot of time around the dock and are a good source of information about the area.

Stop In Panama City Beach

Clean and price was right! A bit run down. No light bulbs working in ceiling fan in living room. Back sliding glass door, lock is broken!

Needs maintenance

Blinds on glass door are destroyed, lock on glass door is missing, and the safety lock came off the frame. the pull-out in living room was like sleeping on a sewer grate, you can feel every spring. One of the cabinets in the kitchen is missing it's door and not in the rental. The side of the refrigerator has either grease or rust on oven side. The bath room door needs lubricated. And the bed in the bed room is not comfortable either. Over all we were not impressed. Vernon Shepherd

Over all a nice stay

Found the unit to be easy to get to and was fairly clean, condo unit needs some repairs and has cosmetic issues, but was still very comfortable. Back door slider screen is broken and unusable, front door does not seal well and whistles very loud when windy, and it was windy for a lot of our stay. Parking was sometimes a challenge, and noticed alloy of vehicles in the parking lot that did not display the condos parking passes that were required. This was our first time using Vrbo instead of staying at a hotel and our overall experience was good, we would stay there again in the future if traveling to that area again.

Nice for the price

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this unit in 3 months. It is convenient and for the most part clean. However, as I stated last time the blinds in the living area have several gaps. We can cope with this but this time there were gaps in the blinds in the bedroom. This really effects the since of security and privacy. It would really benefit the owners to invest in some new type of window treatments. The vertical blinds in there are old and obviously breaking.

Convenient location

Unit was nice but needs a little attention. The hot water runs out fast. Owners might need to check to see if the hot water heater is working properly. Also, I noticed in previous reviews that some of the blinds on the patio door were missing and the owner said they would be replaced. However, the blinds are still missing panels. Also, some of the things that were stated would be supplied were not in the unit, ie. shampoo, soap etc. I had packed my own so it wasn’t a problem but would be for someone that was counting on them being there. We also were not provided the required parking pass. But one call to the number provided and this was rectified immediately. Over all the unit is nice

Great location.

The outside was nice. The maintenance man wanting to do routine repair during our visit wasn't in our plans. Repairs/Updates: Balcony curtains Shower curtains Dishwasher Dirty: Dish holder Blender Stove Other Needs: King Bed 4 complete towers sets. More silverware. Small Grill.

Convenient

The place was clean but the patio furniture looked a little shaky, like i didn't want to sit on it with good clothes. Directions weren't great, we finally found the complex behind a strip mall. Pretty quiet, pool was nice and not crowded.

Clean older condo, bed was good, lots to do in area

Vacation orientated area, easy walking distance to beach, eating places we liked : Jin Jin Super King Buffet and breakfast at Jesse's Place. We were there in the off season Feb, many places were closed for the season, water temps low 60's. We would go back in April or late Sept. next time.

Great Complex /Bay/Beaxh

Loved the location, just a quick walk across the street with easy access to the beach! Wifi, and a nice view of the bay out back. Upon arrival I had to wipe down counters and re clean the bathrooms- the toilet ran the entire time we were here. Other than the housekeeping issues it was good for a quick stay!

2017 Summer Vacation

We loved our stay at St Thomas Sq #201 - The place was just as described - Beautiful mornings sitting with coffee on the back patio. One morning we saw dolphins - Would recommend this location to anyone looking to get away - so peaceful !!

Peaceful, compact condo with a great location

This condo is located near the beach and is beautifully landscaped. It is a good size for 1 or 2 people. There is a tiny kitchen with some things to use for cooking. The master bath is small with little counter space. The interior is very dark and the blinds need to be left open to prevent claustrophobia. Also the blinds do not close so the people on the other side of the lagoon can see in. There is not enough light at the table to be able to see to eat dinner. However by using the table by the front door in the bathroom and the light from there on the table it is better. The condo is nicely decorated though there is an abundance of pillows on the bed which makes the room look smaller. The mattress on the bed is so soft it is like sleeping on marshmallows. We were going to try to find a board to put under the mattress but there is already a plywood plank under there. The condo is very clean with no mildew or a musty smell and the appliances work nicely. The TV is very complicated and gets very limited stations. Nightlights have been placed in the bathrooms but they are very faint so you should bring your own. I would stay there again with my spouse for the location since it is far away from the noise and traffic of the tourists.

Stayed for the annual bike rally, like the condo, had no issues other than plumbing.... Both toilets though...during the whole stay.... may just be a water table thing since it's right on the Lagoon. Other than that would absolutely stay there again if the plumbing was fixed lol
