Adorably cozy condo right on the water at the Lagoon! Newly updated with modern appliances and features, this is the crash pad you've been looking for! Stainless appliances and well appointed kitchen, comfy king size bed, large tub / shower combo and a deck overlooking the water make this place one you won't want to leave! Quiet neighborhood. Shared pool overlooking the lagoon. Walking distance to Captain Anderson's, Grand Marlin, fishing charters and so much more! Also, If you have a boat, bring it with you. You can park it on site!

The location was nice and perfect for what we needed. The customer service was good and quick responding. But I was a little disappointed for the price. The condo needs work. There was tape on the wall, the floor is bowing in the kitchen, the deck is rotted and the kitchen lights were dimable but would not stay all the way lit and flickered the whole time.
