We were surprised you learn you thought the condo needed updating in several areas- we have brand new living room furniture this year, kitchen and baths have granite and stainless steel, new beadspreads and carpeting in bedrooms. Lori, we are so glad you had a lovely stay in our condo B406 at the DUNES OF PANAMA. We are so sorry about the temperature, with it being > 100 degrees consistently outside we heard from several guests that those AC units were working as hard as they could your week. We wish you would have reported the bathroom doors during your stay, those are pocket doors, and the locks can be adjusted- which we have addressed. Also, the double bed just needed to be moved a few inches so the door would have proper clearance. Thank you again for being such a great guest and we look forward to hosting you again in the future. Ms. Hollis: My wife and I are really disappointed that you felt it necessary to intentionally sabotage our listing on VRBO with this review. You provided a limited one sided perspective and offered no information on how we immediately attempted to remedy your concerns when you arrived in the condo. We work REALLY hard to ensure our unit is CLEAN and in a good condition when our guests arrive. When you reached out to us on Saturday upon your arrival, you indicated you were not satisfied with the condition of the unit. We asked for specifics, and you offered ONLY that the furniture was in need of cleaning and there was a small stain on the Master Bedroom carpet. We indicated that we would address those immediately and you stated the unit was still not to your liking- but could not offer any other specifics. You never mentioned any other items- in fact the bathrooms have been updated with granite countertops, etc. We want to ensure our guests have a great experience in our condo and also that you were satisfied so we offered to find you another unit to move to through our property manager. You looked at several other units in the building and were not satisfied with any of them; you indicated that you were accustomed to a much more modern, new property. You stated our condo was fine and you would stay and enjoy your vacation. On Sunday we attempted to contact you via telephone and text to schedule the cleaning of the furniture and carpet and offer you other options- a full refund, a partial refund and any other solutions that might help- any after several attempts to contact you throughout the week – you chose to not answer or return our calls. Our property manager also attempted to contact you on several occasions throughout the week and again- you chose to not answer or return their calls. My wife and I own and rent out 3 units at the Dunes of Panama. Each of the listings have comprehensive information about the unit and updated photos of every room for guests to see the condition and quality of the unit. We do our very best to ensure every unit is CLEAN and in good condition when our guests arrive. If there are issues that need to be addressed during a guests stay, we take those seriously and do everything to make sure our guests are satisfied.

Jeff, thank you so much for being a terrific guest. We have smart flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms- not sure if you had technical issues but our on-site property manager did not indicate that you reported anything with the TV and they are always available to assist our guests. The mattresses were replaced in 2021 and are firm in nature. Thank you again for being a great guest and we hope you will return with us in the future. Todd

We are terribly sorry about the small items that needed attention; we were glad you immediately brought those to our attention and we could get them corrected early in your stay.
