The property location was great and the unit was very clean with comfortable beds. Access to the beach was easy with showers to rinse off. The balcony was roomy for four adults with a gorgeous view. Communication with Helen, the property manager, was excellent. I highly recommend.

Second visit was as exceptional as the first

This was our second time staying in this unit and we were just as satisfied as with our first stay. Helen is wonderful, the check in process was easy enough (also very friendly staff), the location is in close proximity to everything, the unit was well furnished, and exceptionally clean. Our family had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to book our next trip (hopefully the same unit is anva again).

A gorgeous unit

This unit is amazing. It is immaculately clean, has incredible ocean views from the balcony, and the interior is gorgeous with a beach theme décor. The grounds and pool area are amazing. There is a surplus of shopping and restaurants nearby. Helen, the owner was very easy to work with and provided all you need in terms of dishes, towels, etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great memories

The unit where we stayed was wonderful. Check in was friendly and professional. The property manager, Helen, was always available with the right information. It was a nice plus to have the beach chairs included in the cost of the rental, a savings of $35 a day. View was amazing and there was no problem with parking. Although a little pricey, it was worth it.

Great week on PCB at EMI

3 generations of ladies enjoyed our week at EMI. This unitwas neat and clean and everything was as advertised. Really comfortable beds and linens…we slept like babies! Thank you for stocking the beach closet…we enjoyed using the sand buckets, noodle, boogie board and that awesome soft sided cooler. I loved it so much I bought one for myself on the last day to transport some refrigerated items we had left over. Easy access to the keyless entry…so convenient. Thank you so much! ❤️

Mostly good

Most everything was great except for the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE mattress we have ever slept on. Very disappointing because the condo has nice furniture, an equipped kitchen, excellent air conditioner and a fabulous deck. We spent most of our times there. Even ate meals at the large table on the deck. We did leave a night early because we could not tolerate the mattress anymore. I did not appreciate not being told ahead of time that there is a $40 charge for parking that is not included in the condo price. You pay it when you check in. It is what is it, that’s fine, but be upfront about it. Also I would suggest they get different wrist brands that you can easily take on and off becaus the cheap “ bar” bands are annoying. Overall I would recommend this unit just be ready to feel like you are sleeping on a board. The pullout couch was more comfortable than the bedrooms.

Everything was as described. Very clean and organized. Everything was perfect. We had zero problems checking in and getting our parking pass and bracelets. Horrible beds

First impression was that it was very clean. Couches definitely need replacing and both bedroom mattresses were horrible. A nicer mattress would have made my trip alot better.
