Upon entering the home, the initial bedroom graces the right side, furnished with a lavish King bed and an exclusive en-suite featuring a walk-in shower. Progressing along the corridor, the space unfolds into the heart of the abode, revealing an expansive central living area complete with a fully-equipped kitchen and a charming dining space. Transitioning seamlessly, a sliding glass door unveils a capacious furnished deck that oversees the backyard oasis, complete with a private heated pool. This floor also accommodates a convenient half bathroom and a well-appointed laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer ensemble.
Embarking to the upper level, an additional living room awaits, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Nestled along the street-facing side of the residence is the subsequent bedroom, graced with a regal King bed and an en-suite for exclusivity. As you journey down the corridor towards the pool-side aspect of the home, a bedroom adorned with a Queen/Queen bunk bed takes stage, accompanied by a private en-suite featuring a shower/tub combination. Meandering beyond the living space, the final bedroom emerges, a true gem known as the Grand Master Suite. This suite boasts a King bed, a petite Juliet balcony, and an expansive private en-suite equipped with a walk-in shower, a luxurious soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in closet - pack everything, it will all fit! This floor also houses a dedicated office space, complete with a computer desk and chair, catering to both work and leisure needs.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. The Beach! The closest access point is Beach Access 86 which is half a mile away. It's about a 3 minute drive and a 10 minute walk. This home is equipped with a Golf Cart to make the trip to the beach as easy and seamless as possible!

Fin N Tonic requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
2026: Summer: May 24 - August 2 (Sunday - Sunday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
