Welcome to Grand Panama 309, your beachfront getaway in the heart of Panama City Beach! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico, offering expansive, unobstructed views of the sugar-white sand and emerald waters. It was remodeled in 2025 and has never been on the rental program prior to Sept 205. All new paint, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures give this unit an elevated style and unique character.

Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a bright, open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The master suite overlooks the Gulf and opens directly to the oversized balcony – the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the sea breeze. 2 Additional roomy guest bedrooms, both with queen beds offer additional sleeping space. There is also a custom bunk in the entry alcove to sleep 2 additional guests Making plenty of bed space for up to 8 guests, this condo is ideal for families or groups looking to create unforgettable beach memories.

We had an excellent stay to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. The condo was beautiful and located in a fantastic, relaxing area. Everything was extremely clean, including the entire property and grounds! The beds were incredibly comfortable! We would definitely return!
