This fully renovated beachfront condo in Panama City Beach offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm. Note when booking: Our building elevator will be down for modernization (October 20th-Nov 20th) & (Feb 16th-April 10th). We apologize for this inconvenience; our condo is on floor 5.


The Summerhouse charges a one-time $35 fee per reservation for parking permits & pool wristbands.
Easy access to premises, including self-check-in with smart lock.

All guests will be asked to provide their email, and Sunset Luxury Properties will email you the Reservation Confirmation, which contains a link to confirm your reservation and agree to our Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions. Please note that the agreement must be e-signed within 72 hours of your reservation being paid in full.
Once this is completed, your guest portal will be available to access and include information about check-in, the rental, including address & more! Door codes will appear in the guest portal at 4:00 pm on the day of check-in.

Things to know:
- HOA requires guests checking in to be 21 years of age
- Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies will be provided.
No smoking (designated areas outside beside building B)
- Parking is designated for two parking permits per unit.
- Access to beach chairs - additional fee may apply, please let us know if you would like details.

No smoking inside the condo or on balconies.
No pets.
No parties or events without prior approval.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
