  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Just as expected

The room had all the basics. We spent all our time on the beach, the place was perfect for that. Mid point to other attractions in the area. No issues with parking.

Very cute small room

Plenty of towels and extra pillows. Parking situation could have been better represented. The guests in the front house were not aware that they would be sharing parking so we had to park almost in the street when we first got there. We were eventually able to work it out with those guests but it would be nice if there was a designated spot for the Little Villa. Just a note the smoke alarm went off randomly a few times for absolutely no reason.

Was not what the listing said it was. So be careful when booking because the listing says house on beach but it is not. Its 2 separate buildings and you dont have access to much with one of them. Also showed up 30 mins before out check out time which was annoying. About the only good thing about this location was the adult store across the street. Was not happy with our stay so to anyone looking be careful booking this

Great Location but Terrible Customer Service

The location can't be beat. We had an awful time trying to actually get into the unit. The door code lock did not work. We contacted Vacasa multiple times and were given the run around. No one came to fix the door lock. We were outside for an hour before the cleaning lady came and gave us the code to the physical key lock box. We retrieved the physical key and were able to get in. We went to the beach and locked the physical key in the lock box for safe keeping. When we returned the lock box would not open even with the correct code entered. Somehow it was stuck or rusted. Again we called Vacasa and they could have cared less. We were asked to send pictures of the locks which we did. Then silence, no reply. We had to pry open the lock box for the key. Keep in mind that it is burning hot outside which made for extreme frustration. Vacasa's customer service is awful. They wouldn't help in any way whatsoever.

Okay stay

When we first got there we had to call at 12:30 at night and get 3 different codes before we could get in. The property was clean and the exactly like pictures, there is a microwave and mini fridge. The a/c wasn't working for 2 days of our stay and the property manager never made contact. The room got up to 80 degrees but after the a/c started working it was okay
