Love Lullwater

The location of Lullwater cant be beat. 3-4 min walk to the beach. Lovely pond with hungry turtles. Not all units are newly appointed but haven't found one that was totally bad.

Nice place and close to the beach and Pier Park

This condo was easy to find. It is roomy and had plenty of room to relax inside. The balcony had heavy chairs for relaxing outside. The pool was clean and had chairs and chase lounges, but no tables. There was a nice pier where you could see the fish and turtles. We fed them everyday. That was on the lake side of our room. We will be back and will rent here again.

Condo near beach

The Condo was neat and very pretty. The views out back were also beautiful. However, communication with owner was non-existent as we texted the owner and never got a response. Also, there is no public access to the beach near the condo so you need to drive to the beach.

Perfect location!

Location was perfect! Townhouse was perfect too as the whole upstairs is the master suite with comfy king beds with foam mattress. And downstairs had a full kitchen, balcony overlooking a spring fed lake, and a second bedroom with 2 memory foam queen beds in it with an ensuite bathroom that opened to the living room too. The living room was perfect with a huge L shaped leather sofa. Plenty of room! And they had a washer and dryer of course and a beach closet full of chairs and umbrellas for the beach! Plus a pool for the days the beach was off limits due to rip currents. Definitely will stay there again!! VERY PLEASED!!

I was really confused

We had two rooms but only one had a television in it the television in the living room and the upstairs bedroom did not work the whole time we stayed The kids was furious stand at that resort without a television and I felt I should I got a discount but I got nothing but never did get a chance to talk to the real owner

My stay at Lullwater 417

My experience with Lullwater 417 is mixed . I love the condo it was nice and decorated beautiful but it was just a couple of things that made me have missed feelings . First soon as you walk in there is a light mold smell and I have asthma so it kinda aggravated it .. I also saw that there is a little roach issue it was a couple of them that crawled from under the chair which wasn’t to bad , but also the hot water down stairs shower doesn’t get hot like it suppose to . Also the tv upstairs is leaning sideways because one of the legs on the tv is broke so it just lean sideways and trying to watch it like that was kinda uncomfortable .. Also the air upstairs is not as good as downstairs .. The ceiling fan helped out with that a lot though .. We also realized that it may be the dishwater that’s causing the mold smell because when we started the dishwater it had that smell and it was stronger then when we first arrived . so I just sat outside until it cleared out some cause of my asthma.. Overall of those minor things get taken care of it would be stellar .. The condo is beautiful ..

Great place to stay!!!

Love this place will definitely come back! Love the pond out back with the turtles. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to Pier Park. Clean place didn’t have any issues.

Great location

Great location! Easy walk to beach and shops. Nice unit but beds are really soft and sag in the middle. The dish washer had a horrible smell so do t turn it on. We had to leave for an hour until the smell was gone. Otherwise nice size and VACASA was great.

Very Happy

We are very happy with our stay here. The place was clean & very enjoyable. We will definitely be back ! If your looking for a place for a family this is the place. They pool was nice and clean. The walk to the beach is right across the road. Our only complaint was the bed upstairs isn’t comfortable. Other than that we loved this place. We will definitely be returning next vacation.

Surprise gem

We booked a few days at Lullwater at the very last minute, escaping the red tide in Sarasota. It turned into the high point of our road trip vacation. The condo is cute, well appointed, and perfect for families with 1-2 kids. The upstairs master bedroom at the back with the kids’ room downstairs at the front was my favorite feature. Well, that and the in-unit washer/dryer! The location is quiet, peaceful, and only one block from the beach and 2 blocks from restaurant options. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wished we could have stayed longer!

Family get a way

Our stay was good, but there’s a few things that need to be addressed. All of the beds were very noisy. There was hair from previous guest throughout the condo. The blinds to the back door were broken and needed to be replaced.
