Wonderful stay

A beautiful room for a small family or couples trip. The room was beautifully done, clean & comfortable. The beach area behind the condo was calm and low-key if you’re looking for a “quieter area”. Most of all we felt safe. Lee was a pleasure to work with and quick with any needs of ours. Would not hesitate to book again.

Little paradise

The place is a little paradise. The owner paid very close attention to all details regarding the interior and things you might need while staying there. The coffee station is a very nice addition for all coffee lovers. The view on the bay is spectacular and don’t worry if you don’t see a sunrise in the winter time. The neighbor window will give you perfect reflection.

Beach Getaway 2024

I can't brag on this property enough or Lee the owner. It was a beautiful condo with the perfect location. Gorgeous ocean views. The property manager was so kind and so helpful and truly thought of everything when setting up this unit. All the little amenities that you might not remember to bring yourself, they thought of it. The condo was very clean and cozy, it made for a wonderful week vacation. We will 1000% be using them again and staying here our next trip back to PCB.

Highly Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Joya Del Costa! The location, amenities, and views were perfect. Lee is a fantastic host and made sure to provide any miscellaneous items we might need or want during our stay - from beach items to extra towels. We also loved being able to use the beach chair rentals. Lee was super attentive to any questions we had and was informative both prior to and during our stay. We are already planning a trip to stay here again.
