Home away from home

My wife’s family have been coming here all her life stayed in multiple units here At sunnyside. It’s a treat each and everytime we get to go. I would have to say the property manager was very fast to respond when needed. The unit could use some updating carpet left feet dirty from walking on it and shower heads looked original but other than small stuff like that was a great stay at sunnyside.

Good location

This townhome is definitely showing its tiredness. Carpet in main room had seams & carpet tack exposed. Stove was not set level, under cabinet dishwasher was not installed properly, tile areas had cracked tiles, & both bathroom tubs continually dripped. After management was notified of issues they were prompt with working out a solution
